The costumer service was quite nice the small girl working was very nice but not only did the yogurt it's self taste almost rotten but place was so out of date the decor was so out of place and tacky and it was very dirty when I was going to pour my self some yogurt a baby cockroach crawled out from under the tray! I would not recommend anyone coming here so steer clear!

Went here after the Cresskill BYY closed a few minutes early, but this specific store closed AN HOUR before they were supposed to. Super disappointing to see they should be open until 11:00 but had their whole store closed before 10:00.

I just went into this establishment and six out of around 12 flavors were out of order. When I inquired if I could try a flavor i was met with a no . Actually her exact answer was my boss is really strict with tastings . I said how do I know I want a whole cup of something if I can't taste it first ???I decided to get plain vanilla thinking it was the safest choice ,and when I went to pull the lever it dispensed milky water .Gross !!!The staff did NOT come around the corner to see or inspect the machine just said oh yeah we can chuck that cup because "it must be out too." neither of the two young ladies bothered putting a sign on the now out of order vanilla even though there was a new customer entering .Me and my friend got less than half a cup each with no toppings. Unbeknownst to us if we would like the flavors for a whopping $15 dollars ! I asked if the owner was in and was met with a no yet again , proceeded to ask when will they be in again met with an idk . I asked what their name was and was told that info could not be given to me . As an owner of a business myself customers should be allowed to speak with management or a higher up like a boss if there is an issue. Super disappointed with my whole experience.I have lived in tenafly for over 30 years and this is extremely sad to know that these are the types of businesses infiltrating our town . To the young lady behind the counter (perhaps her name is Ava not sure she gave me her real name ) who offered no help with anything only attitude might want to not be stuffing her face full of food when customers are entering . Looked she was testing every flavor and topping available .

This local byy has been one of my favorite places to get frozen yogurt and smoothies. But it is safe to say over the past few months the quality and sanitation of the place has taken a turn for the worst. Coming in the floors were filthy and everything was very unorganized. The area in the back with the ice cream was sticky and there were many ice cream stains on the floor itself. A couple machines poured out liquid which was greatly disappointing. On top of this the $8 smoothie was below average and the worker didn’t know how to use the blender. I hope this review helps you guys change your waysThank you,

I'd go more often with my girls and their friends if it wasn't so expensive! I took some of my daughter's friends once and I ended up with the bill of around 100 bucks!

Yogurt is not good quality too soft out of machines and overly sweet, nauseating.No small cups so they trick you into spending a lot of money! Half a cup is well over 10 dollars. Highway robbery. :(?
