I typically love Miso Teriyaki and the food here is amazing. The atmosphere is great and the place itself is really clean. The staff is typically really nice but be warned never come during rush hour. We were mid order when the phone rang and the lady taking our order interrupted us and put in the order from the call, this happened like 4 times afterwards. It was super rude and I am shocked at their behavior. Do better.

I went there on a recommendation from my friend Zizi and boy, what a disappointment. The food was inedible and service horrible. The noodles were rubbery and broth very salty. Never going back there again.

I ordered 2 Teri buns for takeout, one chicken and one tofu. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if I could get a time frame for how much longer my food would take to be prepared. I initially guessed it wouldn't take longer than 10/15 minutes in total to prepare my food since that's usually how long it takes at these kind of places. I was told a few more minutes because they were waiting for the bread? I got my order 13 minutes later. My review for service, not somewhere that I would go to again. Thank goodness I didn't purchase from here during my lunch, I 100% would've been late for work, sadly I was late for an event I had to attend. As for the food: the tofu teri bun was bland and basic, the chicken teri bun was alright. It was just very frustrating seeing all of these to go orders being made with no one picking up while sitting there waiting 30+ minutes for subpar food that I ordered in person.
I had the spicy chicken teriyaki with brown rice and the beef teri bun here and they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point, and I couldn’t get enough. I’ll definitely be returning for more tasty bites!

The food is the best. Easy to park, run in and everyone in my family loves it. Had most of the menu and everything has been fantastic. The spicy chicken is by far our favorite. Staff and the ladies are very pleasant with a smile. Price is very reasonable. Same price as a fast food meal but you get a much healthier gourmet meal.

This is unbelievable to me. We order from here all the time and although the service isn't great and they get overwhelmed easily we have enjoyed the food until recently. Tonight I placed a $140 order. Shrimp ramen plain (1 shrimp in the dish). Not plain but super spicy Chicken ramen also super spicy instead of plain Grilled salmon. Overcooked to death... So I call the restaurant. They tell me to pour milk in the soup as that might make it less spicy and " they must of been an error with the shrimp". I ask if they can fix it. They say. "No" too busy so I should just complain on the app... I tell them I am going to leave a review that is negative and the woman on the phone says " that's ok" I then told her we will never order again if they can't fix it and she said. " no problem can't fix" Sad that is how we treat loyal customers. Yes you can look me up in your system. It's Mitch. We will find another place to eat. 1 shrimp?? Pour milk in my soup? Come on. Sad

Finally get a chance to dine in. Friendly staff. Self service order and pick up food. We had ramen with pork, udon and chicken fried rice. Overall good food. But I definitely prefer their rice dishes over noodles.
