This has got to be one of the best restaurants in New Jersey. I am not exaggerating when I say they have the most tender and delicious octopus I've ever had. All the food was amazing here. Duck empanadas, Spanish octopus and the squid ink paella - WOW! Everyone working here is super nice and has a passion for the great food they are serving up. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We went for dinner and the Flamenco show. Food was very good, HUGE portions. Drinks are super expensive, waiter forgot what we ordered, made a mess of the bill (split between 2 couples). A nice one time experience.

I love their octopus, so good. Also the black paella. It's highly recommended and you won't regret it. Take it from me.

Went during the week for my birthday. Had the Sayola salad for 2 and the Paella Valencia which is a dish that you can split with your partner. Also had the half pitcher of Sangria which is delicious and potent because it doesn't appear to be watered down with ice. We were too full for

I feel bad making this review because the service we got from the waiters and host was awesome! But respectfully, the food was lacking. The calamari was definitely frozen (which is okay, but when you use frozen calamari you really gotta cook it just right). It was really over fried so the texture was tough to eat. I got a side of mashed potatoes which were cold in the middle and seemed like microwavable mashed potatoes you buy at the store. They didn't really have any flavor. For a place that serves steak of course I was hoping for some bomb mashed potatoes. I also got some squid ink paella and that was honestly the best part of my meal. My son got the crème brûlée and unfortunately it was cold in random spots and the top was barely burnt. We were very disappointed because this restaurant is NOT cheap but the quality was worse than that of a diner.

We tried Sayola for a date night and they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing (try the paella Valenciana, it's worth the wait). The vibe is very cozy, like you're visiting a friend's house. The service was attentive but not remotely overbearing - even after we finished dessert we had to ask for the check, nobody was looking to rush us out the door. We'll definitely be back!

Sayola is a nice Spanish restaurant- tried it for the first time with a friend. It is on the slightly pricy side but the quality of the food is good. Tried the Branzino special and the tiramisu which were great and the cocktails were nice too.

I’m very disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant. I made a reservation for two for dinner and the flamenco performance at the Tenafly location. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to attend. Upon calling the restaurant to cancel my reservation, I was met with a frustrated response. “Really, you are canceling the same day?” A verbatim quote. And then upon confirming the cancellation, the phone was simply hung up on me. I did not appreciate being treated rudely for a circumstance that was out of my control. It was disappointing to say the least. Customers should not be treated poorly for needing to cancel a reservation.

Visited with 2 friends to watch live performance of the great flamenco guitar player Pedro Cortes accompanied by another guitarist/singer and wonderful flamenco dancer Elisabet Tores. Food and service was excellent, especially veal, lamb chops and home chips. Restaurant has wonderful and expensive l interior design, extremely rare to find in NJ

We went to the restaurant for Flamenco show. The price, though a little high, includes show and dinner ( drinks are not included) . The show was brilliant, very authentic, better than in some places in Spain. The restaurant has wonderful atmosphere, it is beautifully decorated. Food was good, especially rack of lamb and octopus. The service was attentive and friendly.

Loved the place, the service and the food. I was lucky to attend a Flamenco Night. It was a great show and a great experience. We had a set menu to choose an item from each section. Food was yummy and portions were very big. We had a great night. I would definitely recommend it.

Tremendous time!! I've been here many times and it never disappoints. My brothers ate here for the first time and they loved it as much as I do. The service is top notch and the food is amazing. We recommend the squid ink paella. It's an absolute must. Keep up the great work. You guys are the best
