Went with the kids. Food was great. It's an upbeat atmosphere with everything from burgers to full dinners. The chicken parm with vodka sauce was amazing.

Love this cute little diner! They have a lot of unique menu items and it's nice they have brunch drinks and milkshakes they decorate. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese sliders with fries. We also shared mozzarella sticks with the table. The coffee and chocolate milkshake was amazing. Perfect breakfast stop! They have plenty of seating and it's very clean inside. Our server was very attentive.

I had the best and largest Cuban paninis I've ever had. And their monster shakes are enough for 2 people. The service was impeccable. I wish I lived closer.

Chicken Parmesan with pink vodka sauce was excellent. Good matzoh ball soup. Huge menu. A little pricey, but you could overlook it when the food is good.

Its name pretty much says it all. Tenafly Classic Diner. And Classic it is. The pricing is pretty much middle of the road as New Jersey diners go. However, the food quality and variety of selections are above average.Classic diner atmosphere. A extensive and tempting looking variety of ice cream, shakes and Sundays to choose from. All the varied sandwiches, breakfasts and dinner platters you would expect to see in a Jersey Diner without emptying your pocketbook. The Rueben sandwich, with sauerkraut and swiss cheese , I had was not quite as large as you might find in NYC, but every bit as delicious. The corned beef was melt in your mouth tender, and the portion of accompanying hand cut potato chips generous. It also came with a creamy side dish of coleslaw and a half pickle. A dessert of a huge wedge of delicious blueberry cheesecake and lattes was shared by two of us. We waddled out full, fat, and happy.A decent amount of parking. City center location.

Love their salads & omelets, the staff is always nice! My concern is that although I've mentioned to the management several times that theres never any hot water in the ladies room. How can the staff wash their hands properly after using the restroom, especially when they are handling food?

Had a great time and a delicious meal at Tenafly Diner. Food comes out fast and hot. Great homemade potato chips instead of French Fries, which are also tasty.
