Waited so long for a completely wrong order anyway.UPDATE: I reached out to corporate & they sent me a very lazy email about how they were “sorry” and how they added “$20” to my Panera account for the trouble which is a pathetic response to give. Even more so when THEY LIE about it because I never got that. I even responded that I never received that and they just never responded. Panera is ??

Latest menu changes are atrocious.They took away sesame chicken salad, sandwiches come with different sauces that don"t make sense, and they don't even have the breads that should be coming with the sandwiches they sell. Unbelievable !!!This chain is going to the dogs.

First time that I visited this place in a while.03/22/24, Not crowded. There was no one at the counter. a fe w associates pass by without even acknowledging that I was standing there. Called for someone to see if anyone was managing the station.no one responded Mind you I know that they have a self check out but wanted to pay by cash.finally after 5 min a young lady came with an attitude not even saying I am sorry or how may I help you. My partner was the one ordering. I just there watching. Never smiled, never thanking for coming. And to top it off, charged extra for a soda that wasn't asked for. And then. We had to ask for the order, because my name wasn't called. Don't think I will go back to that location.

Having liked them & supported them ALOT thru the Pandemic, I have tried again. In the last 4 orders 1 was right. Today I ordered souffle WITH untensils. I didn't get them. I did get a soft tongue lashing from the drivethru employee because even tho I clicked drivethru it went as cafe p/u. I'm handicapped. I can't do cafe p/u. How does someone eat souffle by hand w/o utensils. Napkins smell like mold or mildew. Such a shame that a formerly great place has gone down so much.This place used to be great; even the 1st 2 mos of pandemic. Today's order is the 7th one they screwed up. Placed online order at 8:20 & when I got here for my 10:15 pickup they never reserved my item. In past 3.5 wks they: gave me turkey avocado instead of turkey bravo; squished a tuna sandwich when they wrapped it pushing tuna out of bread all over the paper & tomatoes slid out; ordered chix noodle soup, got broccoli cheddar, TWICE I ordered half strawberry poppyseed salad WITHOUT chix (knowing Id still have to pay for it, but the chix bothers me) and both times it HAD CHIX which was in tiny pieces, so it stuck to lettuce & threw alot of salad out. Once I ordered the FULL salad w chix exactly as it comes for someone else. Got only half salad. NOT A PLACE TO COME IF YOU "EXPECT" TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. SO SAD AS IT USED TO BE GREAT!
You should serve soups in sauce containers. There is no need for such a big plate.
