I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I both ate chicken from LA Rosa and now have absolute worst cases of food poisoning I have ever seen. Do not order from them or you will be vomiting and sitting on the toilet in extreme pain for hours and hours.

They will charge you 15% for a tip when you order online unless you scroll to the bottom and change it. Pretty slick move to steal money from people I’ll give them that. But definitely lost my business after sending 2 complaints on and nobody ever got back.

Service was good.Menu was messed up so I couldn't read it on the screen.Ordered dark meat meal. Chicken was terribly dried out. Asked for another. It was better, but still like jerky on the outside. Keep in mind this is dark meat!Mashed potatoes were horrible. I think they just mixed them with water and they were really runny.Gravy was gelatinous and cold. Straight from the refrigerator.Cornbread muffin was straight out of the refrigerator. Yuck.Green beans were okay.I have leftovers at home. That's what everything but the green beans were.Not a good experience.

I got the chicken breast and taste wasn’t good. They neeed to get better chicken and the cream of spinach and as to creamy.
This was absolutely delicious!I ordered takeout and I got 1/2 roasted chicken with creamed spinach and rice & beans. The chicken was SO juicy and flavorful with a perfect crispy skin. Sides were good as well, the rice and beans had nice flavor. The staff was really nice and my order was correct.

We got the roasted chicken and beef gyro on a pita with a side of fries. Beef gyro had a good amount of tzatziki sauce and meat. The fries could be better it looked it was punched multiple times. The roasted chicken was delicious it came with mashed potatoes and corn. The roasted chicken was well seasoned and tender.

Their food has progressively gotten worse as a chain since about 2018. This specific restaraunt has some of rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Not only did they refuse to deliver despite delivering to us in the past, but person on the phone was also incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to get a manager, and overall useless. There is so much better chicken out there don't settle for this

I enjoy the food, however idk if they are always high or what but no matter what when I order online from there, ALWAYS there is an incorrect item. I ordered a wrap and receiver a sandwich. The wrap was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato, what did the sandwich that I got come with instead, pickles!! This is just one time of many this has happened. Just do better and read the tickets correctly. Blows my mind for sure and kind of a let down.
