“This past Saturday I went to Suzi’s and asked how much a dozen chocolate covered strawberries cost. Once I received my quote, I ordered 2 dozen. A dozen in each box. The strawberries were gifts for friends and family I was visiting on Sunday. I was surprised to find only 10 strawberries in each box rather than 12. My receipt actually states box of 12. On Monday I emailed the store via their customer website. It is now Wednesday and not even an explanation or apology from the retailer. Extremely disappointing! Next time you order a DOZEN strawberries, check the box before you leave the store.4/4 Today this retailer got back to me. Everyone makes mistakes and I'm fine with that. What was annoying was no response. She took the time to explain she never saw my email and has made the situation right. I will be happy to continue to support this local business and appreciate the response.“

The pretzels are a hit with just about everyone.I don’t love any of the options that have meat in them, tougher to heat and don’t travel as well - but a large bag or pretzels and some great dips is a very easy way to make people happy“

“My first time having Philly Pretzel Factory, I had the best experience as the fabulous owner of this location, Moe, handmade my pretzels himself. He’s super kind and funny. I ordered the traditional pretzels…they are the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, with just the right amount of salt. I tried the cheese and cinnamon dipping sauces and it was just fantastic. I’m hooked! The traditional soft pretzels are excellent, but if you want something a bit more indulgent, they have stuffed varieties too. I love this place.“
