We were out of towners stuck during Thanksgiving and stopped in here for lunch and a drink. We sat out back on the patio enjoying the view of the river til we got too cold. First of all - this might have been the best chicken pot pie I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. Secondly, everyone who worked there was beyond hospitable and so great. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in New Jersey but if I am I’m B-lining it here to eat another pot pie ?
A good pub in a great location. I was there for the reenactment of Washington's Crossing, and service was good for such a busy day. They have a nice if small selection of taps, and a solid pub menu. I had the lamb gyro and it was as good as any Greek diner, and priced similarly.

Had a cheese steak sandwich and fries. Roll seemed a little small. But sandwich was good. Picked up ?Parking: Not much room for parking when busy. But a large parking lot in the state park near by.
