“Amazing bakery and even better customer service! This place dropped what they were doing to fill a last minute same day order for my wife’s baby shower! We went through a woman on marketplace at first who ended up scamming us basically and when the owner heard what happened he didn’t hesitate to help. I called 6 other bakery’s who all said they couldn’t help, I’m so grateful for John and crew at “The Crazy Baker Cafe” they saved my wife’s baby shower and had very reasonable pricing.“

“West coast in the east coast, food had great authentic flavor and same goes for the salsas. Had an Agua de Jamaica and it was real flor de Jamaica, not the fake powder kind. TV was playing music videos, too loud for the size of space but , didn't bother me, I like Corridos. Def will come back to this place. They also make fresh pan dulce.“
“This was my very first visit to a "mom and pop shop" Italian bakery and why haven't I done so sooner?! La Scala is a pastry lovers paradise! There are cannoli and biscotti and cream puffs and more! Fresh baked breads, creamy cakes, napolitan, cookies, and buns fill the displays. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and happy to tell us about their goodies and give us Italian food recommendations in town. We ended up with a bunch of pastries (can't remember all of their names) that were so good! The only one I didn't care for was the tiramisu. It was synthetic and uninspired. Other than that, everything else was so yummy! I would come back :)“
“I ordered a cake for my 75th birthday - chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and chocolate whipped cream (more like a mocha). It was the best cake ever and everyone raved about it. With all the chocolate you would think it would be very sweet but it wasn’t. Very light and not at all sweet. I have also gotten cookies from there several and they were delicious. I highly recommend Red Rise Bakery!!.“
“This is my second time eating a mini Bundt but first time gluten free. The pop up flavor was gf lemon raspberry and it didn't disappoint. It tasted just like a non gluten free Bundt cake and was moist and delicious. This flavor is a definite keeper. I bought my mom the chocolate chocolate chip mini Bundt and she said it was yummy. The Toms River location is in a strip mall with ample parking. The inside is sparkling clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.“
