First time and probably last time. Ordered the turkey dinner with stuffing. The stuffing was sweet and mushy. Couldn’t figure out why until I found a raisin - apparently they use their bread pudding as stuffing too. Stuffing should be savory and have a bit of texture to it.

Not a fan. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. Very bland, no seasoning. Our waiter was extremely polite and attentive to our needs.Parking: Parking lot is a bit tight.

Food was horrible they leave the chicken noodles sitting for hours so everything just disintegrates in the cup they give you, the chicken parm was gross the chicken was overcooked then they put cold sauce on it then bake it quickly to melt the cheese. Our waitress was rude and we had to get up after 30 mins to convince someone to give us refills. I will say the young kids working there are very professional and friendly unfortunately I didn't get one of them.

Love the new design been going to bandwagon for close to 20 years Love the old design very homey feel but very small the new diner is still very family oriented and family friendly
We eat here 2 times a week, and it's always pleasant with delicious meals. We take our service dog and she loves them ❤️

At my visit to the Band Wagon Diner, the service I got was 100x better than what I expected. The waitress was extremely kind and provided really amazing service. This is truly a hidden gem of a restaurant! The food came out fast and was mouthwateringly delicious. I got the Chopped Sirloin w/onions, which is a Wednesday special. Not only was it just a steak it came with soup, salad, mashed potatoes, spinach/rice mix, and a dessert where I picked their rice pudding. The ambiance of the restaurant was sleek and modern with very nice, extremely clean restrooms. Overall, there was amazing service, atmosphere, and bathrooms. I will be sure to come back in the future.

Was really looking forward to a good diner in Toms River. This place is okay. I have been here twice, first time had the Cheeseburger Deluxe it was good, second time I had the Hot Open Turkey Sandwich which came with soup I had the split pea it was okay, salad very fresh, side veg of brussel sprouts disappointing no seasoning overcooked and frozen sourced not fresh and mashed potatoes not homemade, the gravy was some kind of yellow very thick topping not turkey gravy. The rest of the table ordered short stack of pancakes which tasted premade and heated up with a side of bacon (crisp and good) and a Turkey Sandwich which was good The server tried had a great personality but not trained for the job. I may be back..

I consider myself to be a pretty picky breakfast eater, as it's always my go-to at the diner aside from a burger. This diner is clean, staff is friendly and inviting. Chairs at our table were super comfy. I had two eggs over with corned beef hash & toast. An egg is not just an egg, it has to be cooked properly - no running white with runny yolk to dunk, lol. My eggs were soooo good and the corned beef hash was made just the way I like it - a little crunchy crust on top, YUMMO. My husband had the smothered chicken sandwich and loved it, our friend had an omelet that she said was delicious. Even the coffee and unsweetened iced tea was excellent. Our waitress, another waiter and the owner all checked in on us to make sure we were happy & didn't need anything. We will be back.
