Not really sure what happened to this location but it is AWFUL. My husband picked up dinner for me tonight and you would never know this is Boston Market. The food tastes nothing like the food I’ve been eating from them for 20 years. Container is a random take out container. The bag isn’t their bag. They forgot the gravy. The mashed potatoes taste like soup kitchen potatoes. The mac and cheese is watery and tastes sour. And the sandwich is pathetic. We asked for a refund as this food is completely inedible. This location should be ashamed of themselves.

29 degrees outside and they are running the a/c... I expected to eat in a warm place... Had to eat fast before my food got cold... Also clean the bathroom ... It smelled...

Always forget about this place but happy when I remember! I do wish their APP worked. That's not the locations fault. It must be a company-wide issue

I'd give it half a star if I could. The rice tasted like stale pieces of cardboard with old lime and some kind of strange crunchy spice on it. I couldn't make out, the chicken was slimy and the broccoli had no taste and was mushy.

I love their sweet potato and their creamy spinach. I'm sad a lot of them closed by me though.

Picked up 5 turkey dinners for family that was not able to celebrate with others because of illness On Thanksgiving. There was a long line and I thought the wait would be unbearable. The servers at the front were efficient and friendly. My server did everything I requested so the dinners could be easily delivered to different locations. The turkey was moist and the sides were better than ok. Thanks for helping us make a disappointing day better.

Ordered family meal for 12 (three family meals) and a few sides. Manager and workers very helpful polite and professional.Brought food home to a house full of hungry boys and it was great. Could not of had a better experience, they even delivered to my car!!!!

I’m sorry to say the food was really disappointing. We haven’t been to Boston Market in years. I had fond memories of the corn bread when I was in college but it was half the size, stale and tasteless. Chicken on the sandwich was uneventful. Unfortunately we will not be going back.

I don't see too many Boston Markets around my area, so we dropped by to grab some takeout for dinner. I ordered the 1/2 sweet Thai garlic chicken combo with creamed spinach and candied yams. I feel like the sizes for the sides are quite small. And although candied yams are always very sweet, these were even a level beyond that. Luckily, the creamed spinach balanced it out a bit. I loved the sweet Thai garlic sauce, but wish there was more of it on the chicken. It was decent overall, but kind of pricey for what you get.

I ordered a whole chicken at around lunch time. It was not really that good. If I had to take a guess I would say they gave me one of yesterday's left over whole chickens. I was disappointed!

Customer service in drive thru was Excellent. Polite and very helpful. Unfortunately we had a small problem with our food. I called and spoke to the manager who was Very polite and apologetic. Came back the next day and he Apologized and replaced our order and gave a refund . Very very nice. The best Customer service in our area . Also the replacement food was delicious. Thank you very much for the Awesome Service . Also for an older looking store it was very clean . We will definitely be back

Haven't been there in a while. Decided to go on a whim, and pleasantly surprised they have new items. The sweet Thai chicken was really good, as was the Nashville hot chicken. Didn't seem to have as many sides as before. Only issue was the corn bread. It was on the dry side, not as tasty as it used to be. But overall, I'll definitely go back.

How can a store screw up a online order? This Boston Market did so. I ordered online, using the Boston Market app, a Nashville hot crispy chicken meal with two sides and what I received was a chicken sandwich along with the two side dishes. And the chicken was not even the Nashville hot crispy breast, but a cold, extremely dry chicken breast that did not smell good or taste good -sort like some old leftovers. And they forgot the corn muffin. If was so bad that I did not even feed it to my dog.
