Our food was not hot, lots of up-charge without being informed, $50 for lunch for 3 and it was not worth it. $18 for a taco trio (again with upcharges). Sorry, there are too many places to compete with this at a much better value.

yesterday in Fairlawn I bought 2 burritos 2 guacamole which was too salty. I told them but it did not make a difference. and 2 drinks it cost $ 44.67. Highly over priced, is an understatement.

I always have come to this location, but today was a very bad experience. Ordered my usual, burrito bowl with steak, & guacamole $15.99 it was 3ish in the afternoon, not a soul in the store. We got home I opened it up to see RAW steak. So we went back. The manager was sitting on her phone. I explained to her that the steak is raw, she says in a very nasty way “Do you have the receipt “? I said I was just in here & you even rang me up a little while ago, so I show her the raw steak in the bowl. She turned around & slammed the bottom drawer under the stove open & grabbed more steak to put ON TOP of the raw meat. I said “oh I don’t want more steak on top of the raw steak I want my money back “ she gave me the money back & didn’t even say anything. I’m just surprised that she did that. So many issues with the entire situation. Lord knows what was she thinking serving RAW steak.

It was an online order that was ready when I got there. Food was warm when I got home, container was filled to the brim and it was delicious. I walked in the store to pick it up, the place was clean and had nice music playing and I was greeted with a friendly hello.

Inconsistent prices. I have been coming to this location for a number of years. I always get Nachos the works with queso and guacamole. The price is usually $13.95. On a couple of occasions I was charged $11 and change. Today I was charged 16.92 and they hardly put anything on it. It’s certainly not worth this much money. Why the inconsistency in prices? No longer coming here. They apparently don’t know their own prices or people aren’t being trained properly. How does the price go up almost $3 in a week?

I usually don't have issues but I am so disappointed tonight, we have a newborn so things are hectic so my husband ordered a keto bowl that was $13 and it was cheese, lettuce and like 4 small shrimp- he asked to add rice, and when we got there they said they couldnt... The take out container was barely full. I asked for 2 tacos, to sub crispy chicken for grilled like you can with almost everything else on the menu, and add black beans. They said I couldn't sub the chicken but when I got it, the tacos only had lettuce and protein and none of the other things I asked for that were checked on the box.It was not that difficult of an order, to mess up so badly. And definitely not worth $22 of food.

today i went to the bubbakoos on 37 in toms river. i was served by the sweetest girl. she had blonde hair and piercings, unfortunately i did not get a name. she was very friendly and really pleasant to be in the presence of. she was ready to serve to our needs and was very efficient. she has made mine and my boyfriends day just by how nice she was. we have had some interesting, not so good, experiences at this location but this one experience has topped them all. we will definitely be back!

We only come in on tuesdays when nicole and gianna c. Are working they are the best and even when there is many orders they are quick in getting us back out the door with our food cant say enough about these 2!

This is by far the lowest quality Bubbakoos around. The quality assurance is incredibly low, as more often than not the food sitting in the warming elements is majorly overcooked, leaving you to eat sub par food. On top of the fact that I've found cartilage in chicken on multiple occasions, implying to me that the prep is being done by people who are not qualified.I live relatively close so I've eaten here many times, as the alternatives are rather far from me, but I wont be coming back here in the future as it seems management does not care about the quality of the food they produce.
