I placed an order for delivery with a gift card. At the last second the site defaulted to pickup. I immediately called to ask to switch it back. The manager told me there was nothing that he could do. I would have to cancel my pickup order and re-order, but I would lose my gift card. Why would be not be able to give me BWW credits back?Anyway, my car was being repaired (hence the delivery), so I had to run 1.5 miles there in the rain to pick it up. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the worker, and curiously asked if there was any type of hook up I could get due to me having to run there. I wasn’t expecting anything but figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask. He went to the back and clearly pretended to ask the question, came back and told me that he couldn’t.I said ok, then checked my food. My order was missing a side of fries that I paid for. That means after this whole situation, I would’ve ran 1.5 miles back in the rain to see that my order was missing pieces.I get home and get ready to eat. I paid an extra dollar to get the potato wedges and I was basically given half a serving (check the pic). I reached out to corporate about my experience and never heard back. Unless someone reaches out to me, I will never be eating here again, especially this Toms River location.

OMG I have been going here for years the best one. It was actually located at Monmouth Mall in Eatontown the chicken wings keep getting smaller and smaller and smaller. Anyway I found out I could order fried cauliflower with the same kind of sauces or dry rubs as the chicken so I did yesterday what came to my table for $24 was nothing short of Robbery the cauliflower which was about two small handfuls of tiny cauliflower florettes came to my table so thick with batter that you couldn’t even taste the cauliflower total cost for head of cauliflower on sale right now is $1.99 you could’ve made at least 30 of those dinners that you charge me $24 for and like I said, the cauliflower had so much breading or batter on it you couldn’t even taste the cauliflower I’m gonna swear off this place for the rest of my life like I said things again smaller and smaller. The service was great but the food horrible not worth the money stay home and make it yourself . You could have the 30 portions for the small portion they gave me yesterday. I would also like to mention that when I ordered chicken wings, it was like they just sprinkled a lot of bbq powder on one side of each wing usually it’s rubbed into the wings on both sides dry rub is just that it’s supposed to be rubbed into the chicken wings. I’ve had them many of times before. also you get no carrots or celery anymore with any wings that were brought out or the fried cauliflower so so sad like I said, save your money buy a head of cauliflower make 30 portions of their size for only $1.99 Hey man keeps saying to fill out paperwork so you could correct don’t bother your place is just horrible and it’s been like that way for a long long time I could tell when I walked in this Sunday at 5 o’clock I had to seat myself and it was only two other tables that were occupied so so so sad don’t waste your money

The food was alright. My server Jeffrey was good. Had no problem with the service or food. My issue is with the management and other workers. I had accidentally left my jacket here on Thursday, February 8th. I come in Saturday the 10th and inquired about my jacket. Apparently, the manager went to the office to see if it was there and it wasn’t. I was the only one at the bar 45 minutes to closing. They could’ve looked at the camera to see if another customer or another employee had taken the jacket but they didn’t. This establishment encourages theft and has no issue with it at all. Never come here.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. The food was delicious we tried cauliflower wings which were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We also had boneless wings with Asian zing and hot sauces. As always very good. We also had the everything pretzel bites. The beer cheese is very good. It was mid day and there were only 2 other tables occupied and a few ppl at the bar. The service was mediocre.Vegetarian options: The cauliflower wings were a nice change for vegetarian options.
Food was great and our server was very nice and polite and took care of us fast.

Amazing. Order food online, go pick it up. No sauces. Not sure how hard the job is. But I'm pretty sure 99% of wing orders are ordered with sauce. 4th time bad service from this place due to staff. Went there 6 years ago with a baby and was told babies are not allowed in the dinning area? Well time to go to "the spot" up the road.
