Ordered two carnitas burritos to go. Got home to discover about a tablespoon of carnitas among about a mountain of rice and beans. So disappointed. This is the third time I've been disappointed by a Chipotle. I'm done. The service, the food, and the lack of cleanliness is consistent from Central jersey to South jersey. If your experience has been different, I'm happy for you. Me? Not going back.

In my opinion Cleanliness is not a priority here. I was here last weekend. Place was filthy. Big group of little kids running around so ok, they probably made a mess. Came back again today. Floor had food, wrappers, and napkins all over and many of the tables were dirty again. This time I asked to speak with the manager. I let her know how dirty the dining room was. She blamed it on lack of help. I said listen that’s fine. I’m just telling you two out of two times I’ve come the place has been filthy. She walked around the dining room and said one table was dirty. when I pointed out all the tables that were actually dirty and how dirty the floor was, she was just like OK OK like I was a Karen.Thank you chipotle owner For reaching out to address the issue. I don’t need a free burrito. I’m sure I’ll be back. Just clean the place up.

I went in today to get a burrito and the place was EXTREMELY dirty. Without being dramatic, if inspection were to come in and see how gross the place was, food all over the counters where the meals are being prepared. I have allergies and honestly the food was in all different containers, steak with chicken, cheese in the guac. It was just a mess. I used to go to thid chipotle all the time because its 4 mins from my house, but honestly this was enough to make me not want my burrito once I got home. Chipotle should be ashamed they have a restaurant that looks like this one. Undercover boss is needed?

We went in to grab dinner on Sunday evening around 6pm, it was a grab and go. We got a bowl, the server put hardly anything in the bowl, I was so shocked!! I usually get a decent amount of food when I go there, but I'm never going back now.

Spend more for less. This is what Chipotle is about.Places like Moe’s and local spots will give chips with your meal.Chipotle is greedy and will charge you extra even though the chips are pretty stale.

Saturday night and the team seems to be having too much fun. Customer service was very poor. It seemed like the customer didn’t matter. You got employees having a conversation/playing games while helping customers.

Came in around 9:40 and was welcomed to an employee screaming walking to the back kitchen from what seemed like us coming in before closing. Place was not closed and had food still out. If thats how people are welcomed at this location i will never be coming here again...But hats off to the amazing employee who didn't just look at us and scream cause we came close to closing.
