We are Staying @ Howard Johnson's and decided to try Christopher's pub . The customer service was Amazing . I found out the Bartenders name is Angel . She is such a Sweetheart. Her customers @ the bar was just as Awesome . I wish I still drank because the atmosphere was Rocking !!! 70's Rock playing . I ordered 2 cheeseburgers to go which were delicious. We could of shared 1 burger .I can't thank Angel enough . I came back a second time and ordered 2 cheeseburgers again to go but the exhaust wasn't working . So we had Cheesesteaks ,fries & onion rings . It was banging . Angel even went out of her way to carry my food to the elevator. Thank you so much . I can see why her customers love her .... It's a pub in a Howard Johnson's. Seemed to have a goodly crowd of regulars. Bartender was great, taking care of many people while running the joint solo, and making me laugh. Food was good.

This place is outrageous!We took a chance on a rather big inconvenience not knowing anything about Christopher's. Our group was searching for a convenient location to have a fun night of food, drink, and entertainment.We were off to a bad start. The Pub's poor communications logistics is very frustrating. For instance, the restaurant's phone number went, and as of today still does, go straight to voicemail, which is always full. The FB page and the venue's website events calendar page do not show if any live entertainment is scheduled. And since you can't get someone to speak to, it makes you not want to head there if you are looking for live music.And sure, there was some sketchiness at the Pub proper. I got hit with a blast of potent weed. I'm bald af, but my eye brows twitched from it.NOW...let me tell you. In spite of its challenges, none of which are insurmountable, this place is a niche little gem. It has a cool vibe too it. It's easy too meet other patrons. For the most part, the people were friendly. The staff were great. The Lenny Davis Band...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Amazing!Everybody has a blast. We were dancing like fools.So...to Pub Management. Please just address the phone and Events Calendar issue. Maybe find a designated weed smoking area.Other than that ...good times ..good times!!!

Awesome food, service, atmosphere! 1st time here cause were staying in the Hotel and came down for dinner. The waitress was amazing! Had 80's music playing, all the tv's were playing different sports games. We're we sat I noticed there was a disco ball, signs on the beams, neons lights, just was a cool place!!

The service was great, and the meatball parm was amazing - I considered going back for another one! The AC was broken, and the little fan wasn't cutting it, but they made the best of it!
Not Good . first LORI tried to tell me my beer was 16 ounces and I said NO that's a 10 ounce glass. She should know she' s been bar tending for years.. DUH ! she handed me a 16 ounce plastic cup and I transferred id , up short 6 ounces ..Her defense is they told me it's 16 ounces.. DUH there is no Santa LORI. .Fried green tomato were raw in the middle Wife said try one tell me what U think , up raw the Cheif wouldn't take ANY THING off bill . WE paid in Full Tipped Lori and said we will never be back ...period !!RIP my friend Chris , miss U and UR Chef Mike , but we know where Mike works at OUR AL post 129 go there foe a fair shake and good food !!!

I agree with another reviewer. My friend hated the smoke coming into the bar. She left early from Karaoke solely on that reason last Friday. I didn't mind it personally.

Only went there for the band. The place could really use a facelift. Customers standing right by the door smoking Pot and cigarettes are disgusting. Other people should not have to walk through their smoke to enter/exit the place. The clientele is a bit scary too.
