Stop by Crave because I haven't been there in a while since it first opened. I remember the food was great and so was the coffee and the overall atmosphere was inviting. Not sure what happened throughout the years...I was there on a Thursday midday maybe I was coming after the lunch rush from the high school? and they didn't get a chance to clean yet, not sure but it's definitely not what I remembered. I'm really not one to bash someone's business but it was overall dirty. The countertops behind the cash register were sticky and filled with food. You could clearly tell from the light reflacting off of it and (I'm not just being picky.) The floors were visibly dirty and there was an area in the front with a a random grill that was covered and what looked like old chairs. It made me regret ordering a chicken sandwich. There was tile that was missing from the stairs that was scattered everywhere. Not sure what the overall theme of the place is either. The accent wall was painted a bright green color with industrial elements from when they first opened. Food was mediocre at best honestly something I would find in a back yard bbq, fries were good! I did like that I only paid $4 for a specialty drink even though the cup was not filled all the way with milk... Overall I am disappointed in the experience I would not come again.

Disappointed is an understatement. I’ve dined here before when it opened and was very pleased. Tonight was Downtown Night Out in TR and stopped into Crave for dinner. We were a party of 5 and ordered appetizers and a burger as our meals. 45 minutes later and no food. I went to the register to find out what was going on and the waitress was talking to 2 women ordering coffee. Owner came over and joined that conversation as well. I continued to wait another several minutes before anyone spoke to me. I work in customer service and a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been fine. Instead the owner chose to discuss the price of bacon with the ladies. When the waitress finally acknowledged me, I explained that we had been waiting for 45 minutes. She just said ok. Not even an offer to check in the kitchen to see what the status of our food was. Our order of 4 appetizers and a burger should not have taken that long. When we ordered there were 3 other tables with customers including the tables outside so it’s not like the place was full. We ended up walking out without eating. Downtown Night Out is always a busy event so for the kitchen to be so slow is a shame. It’s a real shame because we frequent the downtown and support local businesses but we won’t go back to Crave.

We put our order in at 830 pm. They came back to us at 915 pm and said "sorry it's too late to put in an order".

They advertise that they are open until 10pm. We put in our order at 830pm while we hung out at the brewery next door (apparently this is standard). At 915pm, the waiter came over to us and said the cook said it was too late to take orders.....

I ordered a portion of fries for sit in. Two other guest groups came in and got served before me.When I brought the issue up about waiting for a portion of fries I kept getting lame excuses.Perhaps my color skin had something to do about the issue?But the other groups were complaining about waiting too long for their orders(and they got served before me!).I only waited that long because I was caught up in reading my kindle.Poor service.

Okay so their food is ridiculously delicious but as I've experienced you may go through an off day with them only with the kitchen forgetting things not the food quality. Like them not havin something you ordered and only findin out more than 5 mins ordering. Thankfully the server was amazingly funny without being so it made the switchin to a diff order and wait better. In the end still recommend this place with their delicious good. I love their cowboy burger.
My 1st time there today and I must say my cheeseburger and fries was delicious. I'll definitely be going back

Good music here, I'll probably be back to try another dish for a final review.Got the vegan nachos which were only okay due to the meat and salsa ratio, not satisfied at all. The vegan Mac and cheese are NOT Mac and cheese ? it's penne and LIGHT sauce. The crazy thing is, it was better than the nachos but still unsatisfactory I would not recommend that non-mac and cheese at alllll.Parking: It would hard to find parking if it's an event going on but I lucked out. Might have to circle the block a couple times.

Yesterday my coworker and I walked over to Crave to have lunch. I ordered the loaded mashed potato bowl, and my coworker ordered the impossible burger. My coworker loved all of the vegan options and we both very much enjoyed our meals.

Cathy was great. Enjoyed sharing my pretzel with the wife while we're hanging out at the Garden State Distillery. When one drink turned into two Crave made me Nachos and they were filling and good too!
