It’s a new lady manager she did exactly what I asked her to do my food that was delivered to me was absolutely delicious ? I’m shocked because I use to drive all the way to Howell for dominos because this place was sooo horrible the guys that were there didn’t give 2 f%^*% ???♀️ !!!! So I’m happy they have a manger that actually cares about her customers request and food !!!

Literally every single time I've ordered they've messed it up. Today I ordered at 330 for 445 delivery. At 5pm a car shows up outside my house. They NEVER GET OUT OF THE CAR AND THEM LEAVE!! So I call the store. The manager tells me the driver may have brought the wrong food...puts me on hold , transfers me to another guy...who says we'll what do you want to do...I can give you your money back....I'm like what about my food...he's like I can remake it if you want but we're really busy because it's mischief night...NEVER AGAIN WPRST DOMINO'S EVER

ZERO STAR. ORDERED PIZZA AT 7:22PM IT IS NOW 9:28PM THE PIZZA NEVER ARRIVED. THE WORSE SERVICE THE WORSE DOMINOS PIZZA PLACE EVER. I KEPT CALLING THE GUY KEEPS TELLING ME SHES UP MY STREET 29 minutes later delivery driver still up my street. A COMPLETE FKN JOKE.

Wow this place has some rude drivers working there and forget about the manager because he could care less. Whatever you do do not take an order from the driver named Micheal or Mike he is terribly rude and does not know his way around. Place needs to be shut down!

The manager Williiam at Lakewood Rd Toms River nj 08755 He was a true Blessing,very kind. He made me cry he was so sweet he took care of me and I will refer all my friends to dominos best place to go. Ty u I won't forget how he treated me. ?????
Ordered food from here last night bc it was after 10 and all the good pizza places were closed. Food looked disgusting but we were hungry after working all day/night so ate it anyway. Pizza was undercooked. Loaded tots were burnt and looked like something youd scrape off the road. Cookie-brownie also overcooked/burnt. Woke up at 7am so sick and nauseous. Could not stop throwing up until 12pm. Soaked in sweat while shivering cold and puking my guts up. Will never order here again. No wonder the reviews are so bad. DISGUSTING. Avoid this place for your health.

Completely rude tried to place an order online and it was easy as always then it came to my attention that if I didn’t call and ask them to put some of the order total on my card and the rest in cash that I wouldn’t have enough to tip the delivery driver so me trying to be a nice person called this dominos store to try and get them to split the bill some on my card and the rest in cash when the delivery driver arrives this store location answered the phone completely rude unprofessional and like they didn’t care about the costumer at all and said they would have to charge me extra to split the bill never have I come across this situation at dominos in the past but apparently both these managers didn’t care nor do I think they know how to do there job will not be ordering from dominos EVER AGAIN

Absolutely foul and disgusting. Manager William tried ordering me to remove the pizza they undercooked and didn’t cut out of their store. I said no that’s you’re job I don’t want it and then he shoved it back into my hands and walked away. I left it on the counter and told him to go back to school to learn management skills. Delivery driver forgot our drink, waited over an hour for our food when we live 8 minutes away. I live close enough to drive but if I’m paying someone to deliver it I expect a reasonable timeframe. On top of that I got rudely spoken to by David and hung up on him 3x before I can even try to place an order. I highly recommend to never come here, actually I highly recommend this location be SHUT DOWN especially serving undercooked food. Now I’m on my way to the hospital with food poisoning for eating half raw pizza thanks dominos for an experience I’ll never forget.

I talked to William and David on two separate times after ordering from them the first time they under cooked the food.Today in June 28th 10:30 at night 2023 I order my usually and the pies tasted really disgusting not only do they hang up on you on you because they don’t know how to work customer service for nothing! Any ways I’m on way now to get my money back this food and place is garbage I recommend going to Toms River route 37 west to get your dominos this place is ran half azzz back wards I wouldn’t even give that to any animal that’s how gross it was. Some one better take over these new workers aren’t the ones to be working there!!!! Very disappointing
