The one and only employee in the AM has such an attitude problem. She makes my coffee too light frequently and I feel I can't ask her to remake as she gives such an attitude. I would avoid this location.Parking: It's located in ShopRite

I visited the drive-thru at 7 am the other morning. Received a stale bagel and 2 stale muffins. They were inedible. This is the first time I've received anything so stale from this store. The staff are very friendly and efficient. How can these items be so stale at 7 am. Makes no sense.

Service was excellent as well as the food. The reason why i give it a 4 star is because I felt so bad for the one guy they had working there. So many customers and only one person on staff. Very sad. I don't like seeing that being done to anyone.

Went there today for first time in awhile. As the Dunkin Donuts in Pine Beach has been making errors in my orders ... I was happy with my hot Vanilla chia ... it was how I orderd it. But the lines where long and slow... But I will drive there again ...Because Pine Beach as of late can t get their orders correct..
Poor customer service, the server didn't even say thank you. Will never spend my money where it's not appreciated..

Went there and was behind an elderly lady at drive thru. I could see her trying to get her window down. 2 girls screaming at her in a rude manner over the headsets because she couldn't answer right away. I could hear them yelling with my window up. Nonetheless, how hard is it to look at the cameras to see what's going on?? Giving people two seconds would probably help. All I know is, I wouldn't tell my grandmother to go there because I wouldn't want her treated like that. Now I don't even wanna support dunkin by going there anymore.

I order from this establishment a lot! Employees are great! I haven't ordered in a while since this pandemic, but wanted to treat my family today and it turned out that I paid a lot of money $51 for a nightmare! I had two different orders, one on the app ( food) and the other ( drinks) over the phone as the app is very limited on how you can customize your order. The employee was very nice to take my order over the phone and I went over it three times! Two of the drinks had no whipped cream which I can live without, but the one drink the frozen chocolate had coffee in it where it was not supposed to! That was for a family member and was upsetting for them. The food I ordered through the app was hard , some not what I ordered and tasted disgusting! Overall, a nightmare! First off the employee was very overwhelmed by themselves not just with my oder but with other customers as well! There should be more than one employee there on all shifts! I work for the food service industry and know how hard it is! All companies do this to there employees and it terrible, shame on the companies not the employee who is trying there best!
