Slowest service i ever seen.

Asked for the new cookie butter cold brew that I get every year because I lovvve it, so I pull up to the window and she hands it to me and their isn't any cold foam on it which it comes with so I politely asked her if she could put it on bc it comes with it and she argued with me for a little bit telling me it doesn't and then ended up saying " okay give me .75 cents" :O baffled honestly. So then I do and she comes back and gives me a random cold foam that doesn't come with it.Got so frustrated over a stupid coffee I just left, waste of money and I should've just gotten Starbucks:/

Was at this Dunkin' Donuts in the 9 o'clock hour. When it went inside, waited 20 minutes online. Only two or three people ahead of me. The wait was so ridiculously long I walked out discusted. They're severely under staffed!!

Terrible I have a knot in my stomach every time I go here they are always stewing up orders I act got the wrong drink made brought it back in told them and they rep it with the same wrong coffee I was flabbergaste, literally every time something is wrong price wrong item wrong size sometimes all of the above

I've been so hesitant to leave a review because I HATE to leave negativity on a business, especially knowing I will absolutely go back again (I mean America DOES run on dunkin, right?) BUT, this location has sunk really far into the pits. Lately, every order is wrong or they are out of what i ordered (I use mobile orders) and they just replace it with whatever they please and don't even tell you. The other day I ordered glazed donuts for my kids, got the bag & realized it was way too heavy for donuts, they substituted coffee cake muffins for my glazed donuts -- I mean WHY not at least another donut?! Today, I ordered a signature pumpkin iced latte no whip. The only thing right about my order was the size & the no whip!!! There was NO flavor at all!! No pumpkin, no vanilla, no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon sugar -- it's a plain latte that tastes old and bitter. I didn't even realize until I drove off and sipped it - at least my donuts were right I guess. You all need to fix whatever is so wrong with this location. Maybe it's the people, maybe it's the products, maybe it's the training, but damn so something.

Every day I order iced tea, every day I get tea that was run through a dirty coffee maker so it tastes like bitter old coffee. No matter how many times I complain it still happens the next time. I’ll just have to start holding up the drive through while I taste test it.

Please fire the staff that were on duty on 7/15/23. The older lady was terribly rude to my daughter. She shoved the tip jar in front of my daughter and when my daughter thanked her, she did not answer her. The drinks were disgusting. So I called 2 times to let them know of the issue, and I was hung up on and then I was told I had the wrong number. When I went to the store, they denied those accusations. The younger girl did remake the drinks and offered something extra in return which was nice, but I have no tolerance or rudeness for liars. I will NEVER return to that facility. My sisters and I are are teachers in Toms River, and we have big mouths. Every teacher we know will hear about this.

the worst dunkin I have ever been to. It's 2 mins from my house but every time i go there everything is horrible so i rather travel an extra 10 minutes just to get my orders how they are supposed to be

Customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady behind the counter was so rude. Ice coffee was bitter coffee was definitely old I got 3 coffees n 1 specialty drink to go out of all that only the specialty was good I asked for xtra milk lady opens my cup started to pour drops straw/ lid on ground picks it up to put back on the cup what else can I say but disappointed dirty I would not go back again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employees there are sarcastic and rude. I have been coming to this store for the past 3 years and only in the past year has the service been horrible! I ordered a refresher and a croissant with butter. Instead I received my refresher and an everything bagel with cream cheese. So I called to complain and requested a refund. I came in the NEXT MORNING to get my refund and the lady asked me where the bagel they MISTAKENLY gave me was. I told her I threw it in the garbage since it was not what I asked for. She sarcastically stated well I'm going to give you a refund but you can't give us the bagel back! I said if you want the bagel I can give it back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mind you prior to this incident, I made a mistake on my mobile order selecting a lemonade instead of a green tea and immediately told them I made a mistake and asked for the green tea instead. They told me No! I have to get what I ordered. I am done with this place. I'd rather great customer service over convenience.

I've already been frustrated with this Dunkin before, but I kept going bc it's the closest to me. Today was definitely the last time - I go to this Dunkin almost DAILY and see the same employee every time. She is rude and easily appears irritated to fulfill my order. What's even worse is their prices are higher than the dunkin 2 miles down the street. Lost my business

I’ve been coming here for a while. Sometimes the order is right, most times it’s not. If you want iced coffee after 2 pm, be prepared to drink sludge. It’s bitter like it’s “old coffee.”For $4, I don’t want to drink something that tastes like it’s weeks old.

Donuts are always out of stock or sold stale. Coffee is awful, wasted out an entire coffee coolata because it was undrinkable. Every employee makes the cold drinks differently. Tired of wasting my money and being disappointed. Not to mention that several times I have been given back the wrong amount of change. The guy who used to work there would always try and keep the change until I finally got fed up and lost it on him at the drive thru. He went back and got my Change real fast that day, but doesn’t change that he did this to me several times prior. Think that man is gone now though

Customer service was terrible. I just went to the drive-thru and I was trying to pull up my rewards and as the cashier was turning away she mumbled "oh my God". To make matters worse she came back and said "hurry up to pay" kid you not.Parking: 0 spots available: one minivan parked at an angle and took up 2 spots. They also had a trailor taking up one whole spot.
