Was there for Dinner last night and from the time you walked into the restaurant to the time you left it was phenomenal. Michelle, Danielle and the rest of the staff were beyond welcoming and felt like I was sitting with my family eating dinner. The portions were big and the food nothing short of amazing. Michele, our server, awesome timing, Danielle in the kitchen prepares everything "a la minute" and it shows from the calamari to the eggplant parm, and farfalle with chicken, mushrooms, prosciutto in Alfredo...so good!! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly to top it off, all the way around an awesome effort, finally found "our spot " in TR. Thank you Fiore Rosso!!

I took my sister here for a nice dinner and let me tell you, this is one of those restaurants where they are just firing on all cylinders. The Filet Mignon made me wish I had a rewind button, and the scallops were sooooo good. If you are in the Toms River area I would highly consider giving this place a try.

My girlfriend and I are always looking for that hidden gem we can frequent and I do believe we found that here at Fiore Rosso. This quaint Italian restaurant delivers delicious entrees and is met with smiling faces and wonderful service. We had the pleasure of meeting Tracey, our waitress, who was accommodating, personable and a joy to speak with. I enjoyed the Veal Munn which was extraordinary and my girlfriend enjoyed Penne Vodka, while a simple dish, she mentioned it was the best she’s ever had. It is obvious to me how this restaurant has been around for decades. Fiore Rosso is the perfect place to break bread and enjoy each other’s company. Well done Chef! We’ll be back soon!

Today our family held a surprise 70 th for my mom at Fiore Rosso. This is a small family owned Italian restaurant which pays attention to fine detail when it comes to catering. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I can say my family is full of picky eaters and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend this establishment for catering, hosting parties and a nice quality dinner. BYOB and be hungry - generous portions. My personal favorite is the penne vodka and chicken Marsala.

We organized our mother’s 60th bday at Fiore Rosso and we were very happy with our experience.1) Food: we ordered from one of their menu packages: penne vodka (amazing), eggplant Parm and Chicken Saltimbocca; guests loved the meal.2) staff: everyone was very attentive from the setup to the actual meal. Really top notch and this made a difference.3) our meal took place during their closed hours so we had the restaurant to ourselves…they played our favorite music and the kids were able to enjoy themselves.Thanks Daniele and team for a very memorable experience. Wish you all another 21+ years of success!!!!

We've been meaning to come here, but we've never made it we used to go to Kathy's restaurant here in Toms River but this restaurant was also recommended to us but we were very happy at Kathy's. Kathy's closed down without notice so we needed a new home LOL my wife Pamela and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary and we decided to come to Fiero Rosso and give it a try, everything was perfect, the food was spectacular, the appetizers were perfect, cappuccino was as best as you can get and the desert was spectacular, the service was Top Notch tell me the restaurant was very clean, it was pretty busy and everybody had their hands full but they did not miss a beat we will definitely be backParking: Friday night, 7:00 p.m., no issues with parking at allKid-friendliness: The staff is very very friendly
