Their food was AWESOME!! The burgers are incredibly delicious. I was surprised at how juice and flavorful they are, since they're smashed burgers, tbh. (They're worth the price!! Get the double cheeseburger!) Their fries and cheese curds are also amazing. We ate every single fry! And lastly, we got the Twix salted carmel concrete (ice cream), which was again, delicious! Everything was sooo good, we can't wait to eat there again!! Highly recommend!!

***update, just called and the manager line In toms river someone names Alexis picked up and I told her I had four hairs in my Sunday and she said "ok.....?" right away I knew she was unable to provide quality customer service. I said you guys should wear hairnets and hung up.The food was good but dang not even a sorry or we'll try to make sure that doesn't happen again. Thanks for letting us know. I ate a freaking hair. ? noone should answer the phone if they don't at least Apologize I wasted my freaking money. Also I didn't get to the part about reward points.This is my third time going to freddys and I think the woman at the window at 5:30pm on 3/15 didn't like that I wanted to scan my rewards. Because when I asked she scanned it and it's not showing on my account. The it took 15 mins for the Sunday to come out (the tenders and onion ring came out right away but... someone put hair in or is not wearing a hair net... I have short hair so I know it isn't mine. Mines 3 inches tops these are long 12 inch hairs. Multiple in and around my Sunday. I took it and drove off but it was kinda melted and I was greated with one hair, then pulled it thinking... maybe it was mine. Continued to eat because I'm a slob but then got about 2 more long ones. One is an accident... 3+? ....

Went to a grand opening quite by accident. Only had the custard so I can't speak to the quality of the other menu items but I have to say it was the most delicious custard I have ever eaten in my life. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there were SO many people working there. Enjoyed looking at the photos that were in each booth. Will definitely be going back.

I been going there since the open the restaurant. And me and the family loves Freddy we had a great experience a different location when near by it .. but last night me and my wife felt let's grab burgers from our spot we arrive there at 9:35 pm 25 min before they close and no one was at the drive thru but us so they had enough time not to be rushed , then we pick up our order and we get home the drive the burgers had no cheese and looked like it was rushed in the bag , the buns looked like they bought from Walmart and flat like they smashed it with the burgers oil seeping thru it very mediocre for a almost $15 meals each and we picked 3 meals # 1 #3 and 1 kid meal. With tax came out to almost 40 bucks .. I say thisif you expect the full price for the mediocre food you served us guess then I expect my food would be made at full care and love to receive a full great experience.. I have a video of how the burgers looked when we opened the bag and also we couldn't go back and complain it was already @10 pm when we got back they wore closed they didn't answer the phone and we tried to reach out to day as well and they look like they don't answer phone lines like what is the point of having a line there just leave a messages , which we did last night snd we left the phone number but no one gave us the courtesy and called us back .. so here I am writing this big book on my last night experience which it could have been avoided by some one respected the money we spent there last night . And no I was not going to drive 12 min going there and 12 min back that's 24 min just to complain and look like I want free food NO Ty . A if any thing really I would like my money back cs we didn't eat that made with no care food and we lost money on it .. real sad cs it's food not crypto lol .. how ever, I could remove this review if some manager valued me and gave me a call . I visited this place on a Sunday evening. It was empty, so the service was quick. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was a little salty for me, but I normally don't eat salt. Fries were thin but good. Then, I treated myself with the brownie sundae ? which was delicious. My son had the chicken tenders, which were also good. We asked for a gluten-free bun for my daughter, but they didn't have. The young lady did offer a lettuce wrap for her grilled chicken.
We picked up our order, we got there early to assure our food wasn't sitting there since I hate cold food. Burgers were made so sloppily. Food was cold, they need to use aluminum wrapping or any kind of wrapping! Those cardboard boxes aren't doing anything. Fries were pretty good that's about it. I'll stick to Five Guys.

Food was horrible it was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had beyond soggy Wet bun super small piece chicken slimmy totally falling apart as you ate it...the burger was just as bad the worst tasteless burger I've ever had plus the mustard on bun was horrible...I'd have to say year to date the biggest waste of money I would not recommend this place the smallest cups for extremely over priced milkshakes...I ordered a large got a small was like $7.50 for 2 Dixie cups worth ....TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR YOUR TASTE BUDS...ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT VERY CUTE AND THE MANAGER WAS FANTASTIC BUT DIDNT DO MUCH ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS BUT OFFERED ME A BIGGER SHAKE I DECLINED AND WILL PROBABLY NEVER EVER GO BACK AND NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
