With only one waitress on staff our food was served quickly and everything we ordered was delicious! Prices were a little high but we didn't mind given the quality and freshness of the food and the very pleasant and efficient service we received.

Great place to take the whole family for a meal. I love the 50's soda shop vibe as reflected in the menu and the interior decor. The place could use some refreshing though. New coat of paint, carpet or booth upholstery. I ordered the American Burger with a side of fries. It's a little pricey at $13+ when it's just your typical fastfood burger but it comes with a free sundae. The fries was hot and freshly cooked. I love that the soda came in the green Coke glass(plastic). I would definitely go back to try the lobster roll and the sundaes. Plenty of parking and there was no wait on a Thursday night.

Unfortunately the staff was entirely shorthanded. The forced the servers to host, serve, bus tables and run the register. I even witnessed one of the cooks come from the line to run the register for a waiting customer. Under these constraints it's impossible to maintain satisfactory hygiene standards. While the staff working was doing a great job, they had no chance to maintain operations to an acceptable standard. I feel sorry for the people working there. It's obvious they're completely overwhelmed.

Very good. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I asked for thg he clam platter to be extra crispy and it came out perfect. The whole meal was nice and hot. Nothing ruins a meal like cold food.

The staff was friendly, though they did seem short-staffed. The server apologized for the wait, but it really wasn't long enough for us to be perturbed. The food was excellent, and the prices are fair. The only sour note was the restroom. It was quite messy and the trash was overflowing. I suspect this is also due to being understaffed, and I think it is an anomaly. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, and I will go back.

I love Friendly's; it's my childhood restaurant! I've been going to this same location for over 30 years... the food and atmosphere is a very nostalgic feel for me.

Came in with my family after a day out, waited 20 minutes after being seated. Our drink order came missing coffee, no server came to take our meal order. Left $10on the table for 2 glasses of water, a soda and a juice.

1 star isn't low enough. Every time i make deliveries from this place, it takes 10 minutes to have it handed to me after its been completed. Can't even be greeted when every single employee made direct eye contact with me multiple times, but yet they can stand behind their hiding wall and share memes.
