Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a bread sandwich. The lettuce was actually thicker than the chicken breast. Wont do that again.

These ladies are so awesome always kind and patient ready to serve with a smile on their faces. I would also like to say their new employee is so sweet and hard working. I come almost every morning and they’ve never given me an issue highly recommended for an awesome breakfast spot!
The girl kept asking me to repeat my order when it was just a plain bagel with butter. Then she sliced my bagel horribly - one side was super thin, and one side was very thick. I had to ask her to reslice it. Then, she tried scraping hard butter onto my bagel for like five minutes, even though it was not spreading at all. Then she started packing up my bagel with almost no butter on it until I had to say something again… the other worker said the butter is hard which is why it’s not spreading. Come on…

Ordered two wraps. They made one completely wrong and missed ingredients, and put so much mustard it was inedible, the Mac salad was bland as well. Nice staff and nice clean building but messed up the one thing I went

The food is nothing special but that's not really the issue. This place is ran by children with terrible time management skills. They can't even keep track of the orders placed. They don't go in numeric order even if the orders are identical(because theyre all confused). Additionally, they're all miserable with indifferent attitudes(particularly the young girl with dark hair and a pink clip. No glasses). For the money, you think the experience would be better. Seems like you need to pay your staff more so that you actually have coherent people working here. Wouldn't return.

The blt is to die for, it was delicious. Definitely recommend. I also had the chocolate chip pancakes- there’s 3 and they were huge. My sister got the turkey panini- the avado in there was huge. So worth it. Everything was so tasty.
1st visit today was good! Food made fresh and fast, friendly staff, and really delicious food with great prices and portions. Husband had the roast beef BLT hero and I had the Italiano panini. My only complaint was the panini wrap was overly mushy - tons of juices from the chicken, too many peppers, and lots of EVOO pouring out (which is nice but still a bit sloppy). I also didn't enjoy the entire restaurant getting frozen every time a customer opened the door, brrrr! Will definitely be doing takeout another time.

My experience at this Joe's Bagel and Grill is second to none. The food is always fresh and plentiful. Lot's of fresh new options and variety. The owner is warm and welcoming. The staff is always pleasant. The place is spotless including the bathrooms. That's a big plus to me. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Bagels were not Fresh. Definitely a day old. I’d pay half price for these day old bagels.Update: Never-mind worth the price! The neighborhood kids play street hockey and lose pucks regularly. Now I have 12 extra bagels they can use from Joe’s bagels. With the cost of hockey pucks steadily on the rise I’ve actually saved money! Thanks Joe’s!

I'll give them a chance one more time because this is the only breakfast in and out place in this area and I live close. They messed up my order both times. Not to the owner-ypu definitely need more cooks,waiting for breakfast too long is a big no no
