We get help from the servers immediately upon arriving at KFC,the food is always fresh and tastes delicious, the chicken is moist,cooked perfectly, the Cole slaw is especially tasty,there is one server whose name is anatasia,she is especially and kind and helpful. I recommend KFC

I love KFC and crave it every once in awhile. It's a little ride from where I live. This is the closest restaurant near me, so I stop when I'm in the area.Love the Pot Pies, original two pieces dinner and the chicken sandwiches! The portion size is just enough.The staff at this location were patient while I decided what I wanted. I look at the menu photographs for inspiration.The dinning room and restrooms were clean and tidy.Parking: The parking lot has a strange configuration. Not a lot of parking, due to location and the strip mall that share an entrance.

I ordered threw door dash at 4pm on a fri. When I bit into my nugget It did not taste like KFC. It actually didn't taste like anything. The spicy chicken sandwich was flavorless and chewy. Mashed potatoes and gravy was great, corn was meh but it's corn from fast food lol. I usually love this place and have ALWAYS had good experiences until tonight. Idk what they gave me but this is not KFC Chicken.

The 2 times I got the mash potato bowl they are extremely cheap with the chicken. They only put 4/5 pieces of chicken in it. If I wanted mashed potatoes with corn and gravy that’s what I would have ordered.

i only got 3 chicken nuggets in my damn mac and cheese bowl, they dont have the spicy one anymore(when apparently they do in jackson) and they forgot my buffalo sauce. the only thing keeping me from going back is im a broke engineering student who doesnt have the time to cook my own meals let alone the money to be wasting on driving back from jackson

I went to KFC because it is my son's favorite. My son has special needs. Haley the woman I interacted with and gave me my food, helped me tremendously! I still have mom brain. I'm trying to make sure I order the correct meal, and this is where Haley saved me. She put absolutely no pressure on me to hurry up. She helped me count my change so I had the correct amount of money because I was stumbling and freaking out on the low. Haley's vibes are very good! She had a smile on her face the whole time! Helped me when she saw I needed help but didn't ask for it is huge with me! That means she was paying attention. My son was crying in the back seat that was making me tense. He doesn't understand, he's hungry he wants food now! So Haley not knowing makes this even better. Thank you!!!!

I went to this KFC today to get the advertised 8 piece dark meat chicken box.There was 1 other person in the store and I stood there with cash in hand and was told that the $10.00 price was "only on line"...if I wanted to "walk in" and order it it was $23.00 !I thought the girl was kidding but ...she was not ! Do they realize that I was going to order a few sides and sodas but their employee let me walk out and go and across the road to Popeyes ! I What sense does what happened make? Is this a good business practice ? Again....cash was in my hand! She saw it !unreal !

Was charged $21.99 for 8 chicken tenders. Never going here again, Popeyes is not far from here. Its cheaper and higher quality. Surprise how this place still exists.

I don’t live in the area but I come to Tom’s river a lot on 7/12/23 about 1pm attempted to purchase nuggets there was one other person in line but no workers up front I happen to notice a guy in the back eating he quickly stopped eating didn’t wipe his mouth or wash his hands and attempted to serve me I said never mind and walked right out. I will never go to this place again. Teach your employees how to wash their hands before serving the public
