Stopped in here randomly and was pleasantly surprised. Best food I've had down here in a while. Got a chicken cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks, both delicious. Was greeted as I walked in and thanked on the way out. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place we ordered delivery said a 50 minute wait time called an hour and a half later told it would be here 10 minutes later called an hour later and we were told it was dropped off at the front desk and then went to the front desk and they hadn’t gotten any delivery’s in about 5 hours absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Tonight's dinner was half baked-VERY disappointing. Wings are heavily breaded which is fine but they're never cooked long enough. So they're not crispy on the outside & just taste like mush/undercooked breading on the inside. Then they throw celery right on top which clearly makes them soggier. We tried the Burrata Palermo... save your $. At $32 it's just a rip off. The dough was undercooked so the Mikes Hot Honey, that was added right before I walked out with my order just made it a soggy mess. It was a little heavy on the honey, which for take out should be served on the side. No one wants pizza on a thick crust that feels more like a pancake with syrup in their mouth. They offered a discount if you mentioned the superbowl savings but when you order and pay online, well no discount for you. A true let down tonight. The round pie they serve as slices with the sesame crust, pepperoni & mikes hot honey was delicious & perfectly balanced. But guess it's only good if you order a slice there & on the round dough vs the thick-unless they cook it thoroughly until it has a nice crunch.
