Terrible drive-thru service - it's run by teenagers in high school from Lakewood. It's ashamed how uneducated, untrained, and impolite the employees of this Chapman McDonald's are. The evening manager Nelson does not know how to talk to customers or how to educate his coworkers. It's shame that people need to drive down Route 70 E to Chick-Fil-A in the Lowe's lot just to get good customer service. We shouldn't have to pay for BASIC customer service! Thank god for the self-service kiosks inside, now if we could only get them outside also in the drive-thru.

Sadly almost every other night I go to this McDonald’s to get food on the way home from work and depending on the night they’ll close a good ten minutes early. And I work in the food industry so I understand that stuff happens but just feel that you need to close at the time on the sign. Usually not tot type to complain but honestly it’s happening too often.
