We have ordered frequently for lunch on our limited time break at work, while the food is always excellent, the customer service in the accuracy of filling orders and addressing errors is consistently flawed. We have asked at pick up if the order had been checked for accuracy and are not received well, including by management. When we call for missing items, there is nothing they can do outside of remaking or refunding leaving us with no time to correct the issue and dine. We have actually been cut off and laughed at by management at this location. We do understand that mistakes happen but the level of consistency in being wrong and lack of customer service or even an attempt to make this right is why we won’t be ordering for this location again.

Rather starve then pay the prices for there inconsistent, nasty food, they have pulled mold off cheese and served it on a grilled cheese probably for a child they don’t care they will give you free stuff if you complain cause they know how bad the staff is , but honestly anything free they give you will probably be so old and hard you might brake your teeth . Ordered a sandwich and half of it had fallen out onto the plate before they gave it to me. Drowned in sauce, cheese unmelted, it was a mess. Service was slow and there were lots of front of house people but only 1 taking orders. Don't think I will be back.
