Don’t understand how people are so rude when you ask questions. Found a Groupon for a discount for Toms River Philly Pretzels. Called and asked nicely how to go about using it. The manager which was a woman sounded like she was on some thing. Told me that the owner of the building makes his own coupons and he hands them out. Those are the only coupons that you’re allowed to use. They don’t accept any other coupons. Why does Groupon have Philly pretzel coupons discounts? Great customer service honey! Find another job because you’re Customer Service is in the garbage.

Pretzels were absolutely horrible, so stale and rock hard. So disappointed since I ordered these for a work event. They were very clearly reheated from the day before. Waste of $56. Wont be ordering from here again.

Tried to order online and kept getting a buffering symbol from 7:30 am on. Tried again figuring they needed to be open, pick a desired time suggested by their website and still had an issue. Called them thinking there was a problem and their answer was “We can’t help you and that they were busy and they suggested coming in. I asked about how long it would take to make the platter if I couldn’t order online and I was told they couldn’t tell me. Never ordered. Never will and this was for a gift for my son’s group home staff that I had to come up with another idea in an hour. Thanks Pretzel people!

To start of there customer service was absolutely amazing. The place was clean and cozy. While we were waiting for our food the cashier handed me a free pizza pretzel to eat while we waited. When the pretzels were finished they were warm and delicious. Definitely going back. Couldn't recommend this place enough!!

If I could give a ZERO (or minus) star, I would. First time at the pretzel factory. Paid $7.50 for 5 pretzels. They were AWFUL. Thought the "factory" was supposed to make them fresh. Tasted like they were made months ago. Threw them out!

You are going to kill someone with your food handling practices. Cheese with mold on it. How many times was it heated and cooled and then reheated again. If you want to see how your immune system handles botulism, go for it. That was just the cheese, who knows what else is disgusting and bacteria ridden in that kitchen. Stay far away and just buy frozen ones from Costco.
DON'T EVER GO INTO THIS STORE!!!! I ordered a party platter from this store. When I arrived to pick it up they had trouble finding my order. I informed them I had my comformation paper with me from their online site where I ordered my platter.. A woman who stated she was the owner toldl me I had ordered through Door Dash. That was not true I ordered and had conformation from their site. She became very belligerant, nasty and unbelievable rude and screemed at me to "get the f*** our of her store. In all my life I have never been spoken to like that and never in a place of busineess. I was shocked and very upset by this I would suggest you never give that shop business so you don't ever have to interact with a disgusting owner as I did. Watching this man make the pretzels with his bare hands, no gloves. The woman at front is not friendly. I tried to use apple pay they don't take that, I had to run home to grab my card and she wouldn't have them make the pretzels in the meantime. Meanwhile you can't call in an order nor does their website work to online order. Horrible service!

I was going to leave a review of the nasty women that but seeing there’s 100 reviews of her alone. The owner should let her go she is losing you money. When a Customer calls and says are you able to make a certain amount of pretzels in a short time and she just repeats we’re very busy walk in only. Go get a different job you miserable *****

The young man at counter is exceptional however, there is an extremely rude woman that there and she clearly doesn’t like her job or people . The pretzels are amazing but who wants to pay their hard earned money and put up with unpleasant customer service.
