Received coupon for $3 off for February special. Ordered… went to pick up and encountered a rude staff member who told me I couldn’t use coupon because flavor I chose. Coupon shows on tablet once I add my number again told I couldn’t use. Give card to pay and she gets made I am telling my mom about coupon issue. She starts yelling and acting a fool… wouldn’t even give me her name… so I took a pic… never ever will I go there again. Even though I went regularly

Playa bowl are always fresh. Definitely professional and friendly staff. Orders are always correct.Parking: Parking spots in front and on near next door business.
The juice was watered down with hardly any actual carrots and no ginger at all. Very dissapointing. I asked why they were adding tap water to my drink and the staff said its just an small amount, but it was actually about 6oz of water. The bowl was good. Most of the foods are very good, but I really wanted a freshly juiced drink any was hoping to make this my go to place for juicing, unfortunitly it wont be.

Lately every time I go in the Toms River location they never have the fruit/veggies to make my drinks. Once or twice ok, it’s constant. Tonight put the icing on the cake when I went to order a drink at 8:30 and was told they already turned the machine off and I couldn’t order a drink. Ok why stay open until 9 if you can’t order drinks at 8:30pm. Not to mention they are never friendly and always on their cellphones. Poor management not keeping up with these kids doing whatever they want.
