The cafe looks high end, but they wear leggings and sweats.. coffee and food are okay, but overpriced.

I thought they were ok on my 1st visit, today changed that. Ordered 2 hot drinks, a soup and a sandwich. Why oh why would you get the soup and sandwich at the same time? As I was fixing the tea and coffee and I hear soup being called out, no name, the coffee station is 20 feet away, why look around or say somethingwhen given the cups. So the hot soup sits on the counter while it rakes 20minutes for a grilled cheese. I will go to wawa next time, its a cafeteria not a caf

Service is horrible!!! Where do i begin.... i got the chicken tenders out the warmer and they were burnt by the way and hard. I was asked what sauce i wanted and i told the girl bbq and honey mustard. My total came up to 6.06. I'm an employee and i had on my scrubs and badge and didn't get the discount cause the girl told me even though they see i am an employee, i have to tell them. I was also charged .69 cents extra for the sauce and wasn't made aware. I'm pissed! They were rude about it and didn't care! Horrible horrible service, expensive food, not good food at that, and rude employees! Stay away!!!!!
I'm really confused because I've heard great thing about this place. Just got two chicken parm paninis and they were barely edible. The chicken was ice cold and just placed onto panini bread with the cheese. Nothing was melted or hot. The bread was so crunchy the roof of my mouth still hurts from it. Pur kids burger was good enough for them, but $36 for hardly edible food is a little crazy.

Ordered through grub hub. Order came right on time. Food came hot and was yummy. 😋Hash browns had a slight crunch still even after the trek here in the car!Kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our brunch!

I was at Saige Cafe in Community Memorial hospital and the women whominwas told was the manager (blond ponytail) was so obnoxious to the staff (some are special Needs) and to the customers. She barked at her staff who was busy taking care of clients that a counter needed to be cleaned. I don't care what her excuse is you deal With the public in a highly emotional setting you need to check your attitude. You are in an environment that you dwal with the elderly who might not get what a “pannini†is, so there is no need to degrade her.

So happy they made the coffee 1/2 price after 5!!
