It's really a great place. Went there for lunch, and the place was a little busy but moving fast. I was sad that my go to Salad is no longer on the menu, Niçoise Salad, but without skipping a beat, they made it for me!Sorry about the picture. I went in to the salad works in Waretown on 1/13/2024 to pick up a doordash and the manager was extremely rude and belittling to the employees! Horrible!!

This place is ok for the most part but every once in awhile they will over load the dressing . Its like they put a whole bottle of dressing on the salad . Customer service was not the best , when I visited. There was no one in the store, but it took a long time to get a salad because the girl who worked there was having a long conversation with her friend . She was not even paying attention to customer behind her.

They have an attitude every time I come in there I came in there today the thirty first of august two thousand twenty three At six thirty four p m and the girl that was there working to make my salad was very rude. There's a guy out front sets there everyday and smoke cigarettes and throws the cigarette butts all over. And he stinks of underarm really bad body odor. I told her about it and she said. We like having came here but I was in there last week and I threw my solid away because the guy smelled really bad.
I have seen a decline in this location over the past few years. Recently my past 3 times ordering have been incorrect. This past order was missing part of the order, my salad had the wrong ingredients, and the rolls were stale. When I called the store to ask for the soup I was missing to be delivered they put me through to the manager who said they can't do that. She did refund my order which I appreciate. They need to do better at quality control here or they will be out of business to the new salad house.

Saladworks has quality food, and prices reflect better quality. The portions are a little scant, but I guess quality is more important than quantity. The young staff is typical of what works in restaurants today. No cordiality, just make sure to tip them or else there's an immediate change of attitude. Isn't tipping based on quality of service, even if it's takeout?
