When the bagels are good they are among the best, but they are not consistent. One time they were much smaller the topped was cracked and they tasted unleavened so I called simply to make them aware so they can check it. They were very defensive saying they had a few that morning and missed the point that I was trying to help them.

We have been going to Terrys bagels for years when we visit my moms house in Manchester. This weekend was no different but we haven't been here in a while. We were so excited to get bagels and the best chicken salad we ever ate. However when we got home with our order. The bagels were raw and the chicken salad looks like prison food from a movie set. Please see attached picture. This cost me almost $40. As the owner was very nice, the food was absolutely disgusting and we will never return. We miss the old owners! RIP Terrys Bagels!

Just ordered a dozen bagels and cream cheese.Got home to find out only 9 bagels were in the bag. None of the sesame bagels were in the bag. Called to let them know and the rude woman said she personally put the sesame bagels in the bag. Basically said we were lying. She specifically put them in there. They are not in the bag.... Will not ever be going back there again. Why would anyone call and lie about getting less bagels??? So unprofessional... Never will step foot in that establishment ever again.

This place is awful. They used to actually be a pretty decent bagel spot. I’ve ordered from here the last 3 weekends and each time they read back my order , and still do not fulfill a single request. It’s apparent they don’t care about customers at all.

This place has gone downhill and they probably should close up! I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. It was extremely burnt with hardly any cheese, and they just threw these huge pieces of ham in the middle. Gross. I gave them another chance and ordered a pork roll with cheese on a bagel. Not only is this the thinnest pork roll ever, but there's was only 3 slices and it cost over $10! Absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT be back

Had an amazing experience with my family. Delicious bagels and let me tell you I missed NJ, coming from NC. This spot is a gem I plan to visit every time I come visit. Fantastic owner and workers at this place. Definitely appreciate how polite and professional the place is.

Very bad experience with the new ownership. Had a gift card that was hand written from the past owners. When I went to use it, I was told by who I think is the owner that she did not write it and that I could have just gone and made it myself. I was shocked, I knew that she didn't write it and I tried to tell her that it was from the old owners but she kept questioning me and making me feel as if I was trying to use a fake gift card. If they were no longer excepting gift cards I would have understood, but there was no need to accuse a customer of trying to use a fake one and questioning them about the authenticity of the card. Great way to keep old customers coming.

I see various reviews on Terry’s, it is not consistent. I like supporting minority or female owned businesses. But I do indeed get frustrated going there. Sometimes the bagels just seem like rolls, other times great. This week the free one with 1/2 dozen went away….. many places for bagels in the area. Time to change photo on web page, still shows the old owners and free sign.
