Amazing bakery and even better customer service! This place dropped what they were doing to fill a last minute same day order for my wife’s baby shower! We went through a woman on marketplace at first who ended up scamming us basically and when the owner heard what happened he didn’t hesitate to help. I called 6 other bakery’s who all said they couldn’t help, I’m so grateful for John and crew at “The Crazy Baker Cafe” they saved my wife’s baby shower and had very reasonable pricing.

I heard a lot of good things about this place thought I’d give it a try, so glad I did I called and asked if they had strawberry shortcake they said they would have it ready for me in a couple of minutes it was decorated so pretty with lots of strawberries and it tasted amazing the whip cream was to die for.I’m very picky so this place hands down has my business. Definitely recommend.

Preordered a cake.. on pickup day, it was never done, even though order was confirmed. Then the cake was rushed and made on the spot.. when I got to the restaurant and presented the cake, it looked like the leaning tower of Pisa..see pics.. it was like the whipped cream topping was too warm because it was sliding off the cake. It looked disgusting and it did not taste any better.. To say I was embarrassed, is an understatement! Never again will I order anything from this bakery! Go elsewhere, you’d be better off!

LUNCH: No service, order at counter. I’m writing about breakfast/lunch part NOT the bakery.First, don’t believe their menu online, everything meal is about $4 more.I had to yell out that “you have customers here” and got a “you need to order up here” which was about ten feet away. I asked “can’t you hear us from there?”Her reply was “I don’t do that” said sharply. Three of us ordered lunch meals. And all our food was good, I had corned beef Rubin but no option for chips, no fries, no pickle.Soda fridge was broken and everything was hot, so I got decaf from a pump thermos which was good but the creamers were hot and coffee took a long time to cool.Very mixed, going from a 4 star food to a one star service. Hire someone and seat customers or at least place a sign saying counter service only.
The Crazy Baker Cafe is just that, Crazy amazing atmosphere, Crazy good service, Crazy special owners & staff and yes, CRAZY delicious and beautiful food!My wife and I were searching for a bakery that can do a last minute custom designed Strawberry Shortcake for our daughter's 14th birthday. We were looking for the best and we found it. They went above and beyond. Not only did they get it all done on short notice but they did a far better job than anyone could have expected.They had us come in to do taste testing and took a great deal of time from their busy schedule and didn't make us feel rushed. They explained everything to detail and they were so personable and kind. We felt like family!The cake was a hit! Beautifully decorated, with the highest quality of ingredients and the flavor was like a Front Kick to the face....in a good way of course!We also had delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberrys, and custom Oreo Ice-cream bars and Strawberry Shortcake Ice-cream bars made. Damn good!We will forever use them for all our events that we need baked goods now and forever. We just made a new order for my wonderful wife's birthday and will do so for our daughter's sweet 16 and more.Lastly. You'd think they'd charge what they're worth but their prices are beyond fair. We love these Crazy Bakers!

They did three cakes for our wedding and there was not one slice left!! We had chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, carrot cake, and lemon cake with lemon filling. They were delivered on time in perfect condition. The gentleman who took our order (the owner??) was helpful and gave us samples to try. He was not pushy at all but very helpful assisting us with what to order. He explained how to cut the cakes to serve everyone but the caterers actually did that for us. I highly recommend.

Stopped in Sunday (10-15-23). Bought a couple of muffins which were good. Unfortunately I also bought the 1 loaf of Italian bread they had left. It was wrapped in plastic and STALE. The plastic should have warned me. Everything looked tired and well past prime. 1st time, last time.

I messaged them last minute for a cake that I was originally going to pick up from shoprite. I'm so glad I did! They exceeded my expectations! The cake was so fresh and moist, and the whipped cream was incredible. It's not like anything I've had before. I'll definitely be ordering again!!
