Extremely disappointed by the customer service, or lack there of, we received tonight. My family and i have been coming here for a while now to celebrate multiple birthdays, and even order take out from time to time. Well I can say that tonight Was the last time for all of us. We ordered an extra large gourmet vodka pie which was one of our favorites here through the slice app. When we received the pizza it was a regular large plain cheese pizza, a cold one as well. We contacted slice to let them know we think there was a mix up with our order and would like some money back since we spent almost $30 for a gourmet vodka and received a $16.96 plain pie. After slice contacted the restaurant, they responded to us and told us that the restaurant refused to authorize any money back or compensation for the mixup because “they did make the vodka pizza”. I responded to slice saying are you joking? We even had pictures for proof and still no compensation was offered for their mistake. Slice stated that they reached out again but they said they got the order right and sent out the right pie. They may have gained an extra $13 by not partially refunding me, but they just lost a lot more business by the way this situation was handled. We will not be returning and I don’t suggest you do either.

Just had a wonderful dinner eggplant rollatini, chicken Murphy, chicken alfredo, all was very flavorful. It's been a long time that we have had a great tasting meal out at a restaurant. Waitress was very kind and nice. Highly recommended. Oh price was not bad at all..

I entered at 11:30. Every pie looked old. There were at least two pies that were for slices that looked like they were from the day earlier. Plain slice was okay at best, sloppy and big flop. Grandma was okay. If I needed to eat something quick, this would fit the bill. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go there. Place was clean, service was okay. One other note, the counter guy hands me two slices on a single paper plate. Half the plain slice is hanging off. How cheap can you be that I had to ask for a second plate?Like I said, in the area, starving and want something quick? Okay but otherwise I’d pass.

Fantastic Family owned and Operated restaurant serving the community for decades. Never had a bad slice or a bad meal. I had Lobster Ravioli modified to a(Rigatoni Giuseppe) style sauce. The waitress was great with timing and execution it was awesome!!!! I am a restaurant owner and Corporate chef with Hilton so From one Chef to another Kudos love to see family business grow and feed our Toms River community god bless…Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids after a game or school and weekends.

Can you believe this place refused to sell me two slices of gourmet pizza which I was actually quite excited about because they look so delicious.. but because I only had a couple of $50 bills on me they refused to give me change and let me walk out of the store without selling me. I have a hard time understanding how that's good business when your business is selling pizza. If I was on the other side of the counter and we could not give a man change I would have let him keep the two slices for free just to earn his business the next time instead of causing him to never come back at all ever ever again and to tell all of his friends about it which would make them not want to come either. It's a sad day in the world of pizza over at the Pasta House next to home Depot.

Let me first say I will never step foot in this establishment again and neither will any of the many friends and family I've told my story to. I am a grandmother that took my 3 grandchildren for a quick dinner before attending an event. We went to the counter, as no one greeted us or directed us where to sit. I told my 3 grandchildren to have a seat at a table in the corner of this huge EMPTY dining room. I ordered slices pizza, all different and 2 orders of chicken strips and french fries. Lemonade and waters.Took the food over to my grandchildren , paid the bill, then we were told to move as the young man who gave me my change. I was told we were only having slices, so we had to sit in the back of the restaurant. Kinda like a hallway by the bathrooms.I was mortified but didn't want to upset the kids. However my one grandson is 13 and knew something was weird. The craziest thing was the whole time we were there not one person, except for 6 ladies that were there before us,came in . It was prime dinner time. The tables only had a paper napkin wrapped around a knife and fork! You would have thought it was a white glove service restaurant. The pizza was just okay , the chicken was thick, crusty and clumpy. The young man who told us to move even said "i think is stupid but i have to tell you this, he was embarrassed. All I can say is don't waste your time or money!

I'd like to preface this review by stating that I used to come here regularly many years ago and the food was always phenomenal. I am not sure what happened and wish I read reviews before returning. I ordered $60 worth of take out last night and the only thing that I can't complain about is the rosemary bread. I ordered the chicken francese with penne. The sauce looked like watery milk, it had semi-decent flavor but was very unappetizing to look at. The chicken was wayyy over battered on one side leaving huge clumps sliding off the chicken and left a strange and undesirable texture in your mouth. My husband ordered the meatball and sausage pasta dish. He gave me a piece to try and it tasted like it had 0 seasoning, all you could taste was ground beef. His sauce had little flavor also, I would go as far to say a cheap jarred sauce would have been better. The wings had a weird texture to them, I can't really explain it. It wasn't good. The saving grace of the meal was that I paid $2.50 for 2 little plastic containers of the "oil with spices" to use with the complimentary rosemary bread. (Which honestly for the $1.25 should just be complimentary with the bread.) $60 to only eat a couple pieces of bread. Never again. TPH has drastically gone downhill. I am very disappointed as I was raving how good this place was to my husband to the point where he had me pick it up for dinner last night. Maybe the pizza type food is better but we will not be finding out. :(

This place was really good! We walked in not knowing what to expect. At first I thought they only served pizza at the counter, but it’s a full service sit-down restaurant with pleasant casual atmosphere and great staff. The food was excellent! I especially liked their warm bread fresh out of the oven dipped in olive oil. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back to try more dishes.
