My husband had the chicken Saltimboca and was blown away with the sauce! I had a chicken with asparagus special. Amazing. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their dishes! ❤️

Wonderful Food. I came here to eat with friends. The waitresses were so nice and had made our day. Met the owner She is so nice and makes the place welcoming & comforting. I ordered apps I had An Arugula & Fennel Salad And my friends had an artichoke, seafood salad, & a mozzarella caprese .I knew I was going to regret not ordering an app and Glad We ordered AppsWhen the dinners came out my mouth was watering. Me & My friends love to travel and try out new foods and this place has to be top 1 we enjoyed the food and we couldn’t stop bragging how good it was. The chef definitely knows how to make our meal & evening specialWE Also had dessert it was amazing the homemade cake was incredible, the dessert was a good end to a fabulous meal at Trattoria GiovanniWill come back soon .

If you’re looking for delicious authentic Italian food, trattoria Giovanni is the spot! Not only is the food amazing, but Rosanna makes you feel like a friend as soon as you walk through the door! The pasta Fagioli and broccoli and cavatelli were our favorites and we can’t wait to go back and try other dishes!

First time dining here and we will definitely be back and bring our friends. The artichoke francese appetizer was delicious. The linguine with white clam sauce and seafood fiesta were also delicious. Our waitress Shirley was very courteous and knew the menu well. This trattoria is a hidden gem.

I UNDERSTAND THIS RESTURANT CHANGED HANDS IN 01/2022 AND PREVIOUS REVIEWS WERE HORRIBLE . I NEVER VISITED THIS RESTURANT TILL TONIGHT 07/23/2022 I hate writing this because I am shooting myself in the foot . Was recommended by a fellow employee in my wife's office months ago . I have owned restaurant's in Bonita Springs Fl. and know first hand when a new restaurant only newly open 6 months GETS IT !!!!!! Had 6pm dinner Reservations, and upon arrival was asked for my name and phone # because They called me earlier to confirm because when called in am left message and e-mail. because they were closed . got call at 2:30pm to confirm by employee who was already working because they didn't open till 4pm. She was one of the 2 female servers that worked that room of 80 to 90 customers like a fine oiled machine . WITH OUT A ATTITUDE !!!! Attentive and took time to open BYOB customers wine, Beer and mixers for alcohol mixed drinks. I am a cook and mentioned restaurant owner I would kill for employees like this. kitchen hit our meals out of the park and the ball rolled a mile down the road. Three things missing in restaurant food in this ERA. Quality, freshness not processed. and great portions of perfectly seasoned food not heavy handed by chef. My wife had Florida Grouper that tasted like I was back in Florida. My wife is very picky with fish and left nothing . I ordered the Bone in Pork Chop Giambotta with peppers and onion and potatoes in a vinegar and wine reduction sauce upon arrival not one giant bone in pork chop but TWO plate was HUGE and so fresh firm peppers and onion and cooked not mushy potatoes . followed up with 2 giant pistachio and cappuccino SORBETS . Also forgot about great fresh salad and homemade dressing along with 8 shrimp baked appetizer's in a out of this world sauce .all under$98.00 dollars I would have paid more . After writing this I realize I cant go back because the wait will be crazy to get in. Again GREAT KITCHEN AND GREAT EASY ON THE EYES FEMALE SERVERS SWEATING IN TODAYS HEAT WAVE TO MAKE YOUR EVENING REALY FINE DINNING . THANK YOU !!!! Keep up the Quality and fresh food and you will need a wheelbarrow to make your bank deposits . Will see you soon again for a great experience that has disappeared in Fine Dining. I said to my wife its going to be very HOT again tomorrow I said we can go back to Trattoria she said okay.

One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. I had the veal chop Parmesan it was so big I had enough for dinner the next night. There wasn’t anybody at our table who didn’t enjoy their dinner and even though we were so full we decided to have dessert which was perfect pistachio cake.
We had a family party catered by Giovanni’s and everything was amazing. Not only was the food excellent but the whole process is made easy and everything needed to serve your guests is provided. Highly recommend for anytime you’re hosting a party, large or small.
