Looks like they closed down. They have a service that answers the phone. However, you will be put on hold for ever. There is a sign on the door that says that they are closed "for today". I liked the food. Not sure what happened.

GREAT FOOD! TERRIBLE TIMING!I love the restaurant, I used to love it much more. It has had a tradition for being a slower than average restaurant. The past three visits have been incredibly slow. 35 minutes past the expected pick up time on a Saturday at 1pm! Only ordered two items, a side of veggies and an eggplant roll!? Not too difficult for a restaurant with such an extensive menu!The real reason I’m writing this is because I was in the restaurant for 7 minutes before being greeted by anyone. Seen by everyone greeted by no one...No professional or sense of home, which is what you want from a place providing you nourishment. Better luck next Via Roma.....won’t be me though.I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone who is slightly impatient or anyone who believes what they are told about wait times.Hope this aids you in your decision of supporting this business. I am advocating for their extensive menu with plenty of diverse options I just cannot support the extreme wait times attached to this establishment.

The customer experience at this restaurant is as H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. We drove an hour to try for their extensive gluten free menu. After placing our order, the take out time was updated from a half hour to an hour. We come back at the hour mark and my boyfriend has been inside in line waiting for more to an a half hour for our food. The counter person keeps disappearing. In the half hour one person has left with their food. We are now at the hour and a half mark of placing our order for two pasta entrees, not gourmet meals. If you want to eat in any sensible amount of time do not visit this establishment. An hour and a half and counting for take out is absurd.

Via Roma has great food but that's the only good thing I'm going to write. If they can't keep up,with the orders then they need to,hire help . I hope you're not hungry because it will be two,hours before you get your food. If you call to ask about it they are really rude. We have ordered from them for years they are our local pizza ,Italian restaurant. We've put up with. Wrong orders , missing food and really late delivery for years ,but no more. There are lots of other places with good food. The only reason I even gave them 3 stars is because of the food otherwise the get a big zero!

Stopped in last night for the first time when we were in the area. We google vegetarian food near me wherever we go so we were shocked to find a local pizzeria with such a giant vegetarian/vegan menu. The veg chick'n was sooooo good. And the vegan Buffalo wings were great. Next time we need to try those crazy delish looking cannolis. Will def be back. And kudos to the Young ladies working last night that kept their cool when that vile human being cursed at them for requesting her partner wear a mask. Sorry You guys have to even deal with people like that .we will definitely be back!

Put an order in for delivery for a pizza. Large plain cheese with extra cheese and sauce, a $20 pizza! Well it literally took 1 and half hours to get here and she pulls it out of her trunk and when I open my pizza box no extra cheese or sauce!!! This is unacceptable! I will not be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to order from them!!!! I didn’t want to leave any stars but I had too submit one to post review. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Phenominal for gluten-free people - gluten intolerant & celiac. Literally feel like I hit the jackpot with this place! Separate fryer and cooking are for all the amazing gluten free items they have on their menu.

I went here for lunch and I ordered one of the posted lunch specials, the #4 wrap, soup and salad. The food here was phenomenal, some of the greatest quality, and best tasting lunch food I have ever had. Now, with that being said the food is a 10, the service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The wait staff had a difficult time multitasking. One young lady putting the pizza slices in the oven to warm up apparently needed two other employees to supervise her. Myself and another patron waited for an awkward amount of time to even be acknowledged while we all watched the girl struggle too remove two slices of pizza from the oven and put it in a box. When my order was finally taken I waited 35 minutes for a wrap and soup to get to my table. I was on a quick lunch break and the place was not so busy that I should have waited that long for what I ordered. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but service counts for a lot in my book.

I know we have tons of pizzerias in Jackson but thanks to Uber Eats for giving me an awesome coupon ($12 off a $20 purchase), last night I got to try some place I've never been to or heard of before, Via Roma in Toms River and it was AMAZING! Possibly the best chicken parm pizza we've ever had (my son ate 1/2 the pie before I could get a pic

Great place! I really love the food here! Customer service is great! You can tell the cook makes the food with much care. The food is very fresh and it's also very delicious. I hope to come back more often! I saw the bad reviews and those are not true in my perspective, Via Roma didn't lose a good customer, the customer lost a good restaurant, but oh well the costumer's loss. Shout out to this restaurant, Very great food!
