the food was very wet and soggy. there was a missing fry in my order, and the meat was on the chewier side. i will say the ranch was very good, but overall i did not enjoy whatsoever.

Walked in when there wasn't a single customer in the place waiting for their food. Was told it was going to be a 25-30 minute wait. I get it, there's take out orders and such, but you need to take care of those walking in as well. This would have been my first time having food here, but now I won't be trying it at all.

Marissa at the front was very professional and kind. She told me all about the menu and was very patient. I definitely will be coming back .
When Wingstop first opened in Toms River, they had the best wings, despite the occasional wait. However, recent experiences have shown a decline in both food quality and service. The staff appear disinterested and my wings were lukewarm after a 30-minute wait. I won't be returning with so many other wing options available, and I hope others take this into consideration before dining there.

They need to speed service up. I order online and give at least a half hour before i show up to grab my order and it still isnt finished. I watch people come in and order at the counter after me and get their food first!! Thats wild to me. I come on my lunch break and it takes my whole break just to get the food. Do better please. Find people that care about the customers. Smile, apologize for the wait something!! This is unacceptable.

Was not able to order waited for 10 mins for anyone to even notice me and after waiting then he decided to tell me it’s a 45 min wait time for a order they were prioritizing their online orders over the in person orders with three employees very unorganized.

Quick and fast service, I ordered for a pick up. They were also very friendly. Problem is the food, flavor was lacking in the Louisiana Voodoo Fries, Mango Habanero is extremely spicy (be aware), Hot Honey Rub is a scam, but the Spicy Korean, Lemon Garlic, and Original Hot were good. Overall, it was okay.

Absolutely disgusting, waited 45 min in dirty so called food establishment. I have been in cleaner rest stops. We were going to eat there but quickly changed our mind during the wait. Finally got the food took a short 1 minute walk to the car and opened our bad. Fries soggy, cold and undercooked. Took 1 bite of the wet oily boneless garlic parm and spit it right out. Completely disgusting- everything was disgusting. I will never recommend them and you couldn’t pay me to go there again
