Save yourself and save your money, this place is horrible, food, service and all. If there was an option for a negative star, mine would be negative 100. There was hair in the food straight out from the kitchen ? ?. No one should recieve this kind of service. The plates were hot, but the food was so cold we had to send it back?. Just go to another location, not worth the hassle ?.

Went in the other day, I ordered To/Go food and the host Aleyshka was so helpful. I was missing an item from my order and she was extremely helpful, diligent, and provided wonderful customer service. Definitely one of my favorite places to get to go dinner from.

In 32 years, I have never seen this, we were received by an Asian whose name I did not take the time to note who literally looked at us from head to toe, and when we asked to be seated on a bench, rather than chairs, he told us, it's a table of four while he installed us in a table of four... barely seated. Another waiter came to see us when we didn't even have the card, he already wanted to take the order. It was too much for me. So I left the place. Learn how to welcome your customers…..

This place is nice to take photos and have a happy time, it's a shame that people who visit it are not clean and throw a lot of trash ? ?♂️
I lived literally 5 mins away from this Applebees and I always live coming here besides the customer service is great sense of urgency for the customer needs KJ was amazing. Def wil come back

Natasha greeted me so nicely and got me seated right away. She’s always has good energy and a bright smile. The waitress ( Liat ) was also on point, she always checked on us and made sure everything was perfect!! Service is too good. The best Applebees location for sure

Of the many years of going to this location after gigs, concerts, recitals, etc…, I’ve had many problems. Being served dirty plates and utensils WITH ACTUAL FOOD ON THEM STILL. Last night was the final straw. Let’s start off with how long the drinks took to come, OVER A HALF HOUR! And it was past 11pm on a Sunday have you mind. Then the food come, all of our entrees came with portions of pigeon food and scraps. What should’ve been a double order of fries was literally countable on my fingers, hell, even the napkins were way bigger than the fries! My friends order was supposed to be a double order of fries since it came with two sides, and it was literally like 7 fries. This forced us to literally have to order a basket of fries, and even that portion was tiny. I kid you not, a small fry at McDonald’s would’ve been more fries. Now the burgers, if you even want to call it that, was just an overload of salt. My mouth, tongue, and stomach were all burning from how much salt was on that burger, I literally could not taste anything else, it was just a mountain of salt. I spent all this extra money on what was supposed to be a nice celebratory dinner, but ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I am just a lost of words and utterly dumbfounded by the treacherous discomfort my friends and I experienced.
