Dawn is the best. Dawn's handiwork. The decorating for St Patty day. Service great. I love when Jordan comes to work.

Ordered 4 corn beef dinners Sunday..corn beef was turned gray and was very fatty.I also thought 20$ a dinner was pricey. Potatoes and carrots were good, but not enough for 4 people. It's good for breakfast, and staff is nice.

Gave this place 3 tries before writing a review and each time I ordered the prices fluctuated? I paid $12.73 cents one time for a egg, cheese, spinach, onion sandwich why so much?? They were always all over the place when I went and almost forgot a part of my order each time. No more tries overpriced and very unorganized

Never going back! Food was awful, servers were miserable and we couldn’t wait to get out of the depressing atmosphere.

My first time going during mid-November -- I stopped by around noon, and the place was pretty crowded, but still lots of available seating! I ordered the eggs Benedict -- the avocado option, which was a healthier alternative than the regular one with muffin. -- it had so much delicious hollandaise sauce. My partner ordered the Hillery Street house special from the breakfast platter menu, which has two large pancakes, eggs, and bacon strips. We also ordered (not pictured) hot chocolate with whipped cream and regular coffee with milk--- the milk is served in this cute sealed small glass container. Overall, it is a family-friendly place with great service and tasty brunch options with sizeable portions. We definitely see ourselves returning to try more of their breakfast menu. Ps: Nicely decorated with an autumn theme not just outside the entrance but all over the restaurant.

My wife and I traveled to Totowa and decided on having breakfast at the Hillery Street Restaurant. Hillery Street is open each day until 3 pm where breakfast and lunch is served until closing. They also serve dinner a few nights per week. We opted for breakfast, selecting the eggs benedict and the limoncello pancakes with fresh strawberries. Both were very good. The sauce on the eggs benedict was light and the eggs poached perfectly and the pancakes were light and fluffy with a fresh limoncello flavor. The restaurant is bright, cozy and clean and the staff friendly. The Hillery Street Restaurant is a good choice for a good meal.

Came here with my 93 yr old grandmother to try the Lobster Benedict for the first time. What a disaster. The meal was overpriced and not good at all, definitely would not recommend. Nothing special here. The lobster tasted salty like it was frozen, not fresh. English muffin was soggy. Both orders of eggs came hard boiled, had to send back for proper runny poached egg?‍♂️ and the waitresses seemed shocked I sent it back and gave a little attitude. They also never came by to top off the coffee. Basic service was just not met. I haven’t had the rest of the menu here but will not be back to try.

I’ve given this place multiple tries and every time I get let down. It comes down to the blonde waitress who is there on Sundays. She’s ingenue, doesn’t want to work, acts tired, wants you to order right away and then will never come back to see how you are doing. You have a better chance of the bus boy or a family friend that is sitting there eating also to fill your coffee or attend to your needs. It is no longer worth the money to be ignored. She needs to go and the owners KNOW IT but they are choosing a family friend over their customers; eventually the customers will become like me. The only thing we can do is not come back, tell others in town not to go anymore, and see if they will hopefully use a sad review like this to change…Or don’t.I hate leaving a review like this cause I think the owner is a genuinely good man who cares about his customers but is stuck in a hard position when it comes to family and friends. When you hire friends and family, it’s really difficult to separate and be a good boss; I don’t envy that struggle.

Wow, just had a grilled cheese. So good! A classic cheesy, buttery grilled cheese (but not too buttery, just perfect!) on white bread. 10/10 recommend. It was also my first time coming here and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
