This place as ok the service is not that good there staff is all young high school kids that don't look like they want to be there. The food was not the best I had other smash burger they were way better,fresh and juice er.

First time eating Smashburgers I ordered on my way home from work. I order one burger to go and one to dine in. The staff was super helpful. His name, if I remember correctly, is Yandel. While eating my burger, my to-go order, he put it under the warm lamp so it wouldn't go cold while I ate. I was so thoughtful of him.

I've ordered from here multiple times for pick up. The service is always great. When I get there I request extra pickles they always make sure to pack up enough for the burgers I've ordered for my office. The staff is always friendly. Everything is always ready when I get there including the drinks. I never have to ask for ketchup packets or any other condiments everything is always in the bags.

Good food but the worst customer service. Same kid is there after 8 pm with braids in his hair seems like he’s just mad a life. Waited 25 minutes for a burger while it sat there for 10 minutes while he jokes with the cooks..

Six. That’s the number of people who are currently getting paid to sit in an empty restaurant and pretend they didn’t see a customer when they walked in. It’s also the number of people your restaurant is feeding (for free) while paying customers stand there and wait for an extensive amount of time to [OVER] pay for food. Maybe they couldn’t hear the woman from the kitchen shout ‘someone’s in the front’ after she looked at me twice because they all have air pods in their ears including her (Unsure how that’s a thing in a customer-facing business but considering the other reviews… it clearly IS a thing here). I stood at the register for a good three minutes and every worker looked at me and ignored me. I actually was going to turn around and walk out because it was that obvious. I am the only customer in here (wonder why) and if I would have read the reviews then I would have gone to a different location. Went to grab ketchup and picked up four bottles from several [DIRTY] tables before I found one with some in it. The only consistent thing here seems to be the poor hiring. Not only am I cranky after coming here - I actually think I lost brain cells by sitting here. If I hear the word ‘bro’ shouted one more time I may lose it. I’m not even going to talk about the numerous violations I watched while sitting here concerning food safety and cross contamination of preparing to-go food. Stop writing that you care about your customers on your negative reviews…it’s double the work when you can just clean house on your staff and fix the issues you have. I’ve been here in the past, it’s 100% a staff issue. Replace every single one of these kids with machines. You’d be better off.

We went in Sunday 9/16/23.Horrible staff, the person gave our food to somebody else and was wearing airpods. The other party who received our food called the staff but he ignored them and walked away. We had to go to the other party’s table and get our food ourselves. We confronted the staff who was wearing the airpods and told him to take it off. He didn’t even apologize and went back to the kitchen.They also didn’t give us our sauces. There were 2 other customers and 6 people working in the kitchen and they messed up all 3 customers orders. The fact that we received no apology and had to go get our food from the other customers’ table is something I never experienced. It’s absolutely disappointing

The Cobb Salad was fresh and the egg was prepared in a way that was exceptional. I go to Smashburger at least once a week and have introduced others who enjoy a good burger as well.

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other restaurant anywhere. Horrible experience on all ends: food, service, prices, attitude, atmosphere, everything.
