Absolutely great food and amazing service everyone's so friendly! this place is tiny but awesome all the way around! Beats all the other breakfast places in macomb county! Highly recommend this place go check it out! Omg also all the deserts are homemade ?

I wish the good and servers were better. I asked a few questions to get a observation with the menu but it was ignored and replies were rude. Service was slow as well. But the biggest thing was there was a cricket that came out of my daughter sauce. I asked for the manager and the manager quickly stated he can’t do anything about it. Never again!

Food is excellent. Service is terrible unless they know you. Regulars get waited on first. My wife and I sat for 15mins watching the crabby (and only) waitress ignore us.

This place is a cute older diner/restaurant. They had it all lit up for Valentine's Day yesterday, 2-13-18, and it had a comfortable, homey feel. Everyone was friendly and we were acknowledged, greeted, and seated as soon as we walked in. That was refreshing! I started with coffee and was given automatic refills. I had lentil soup, which was very good. I also got the flounder sandwich which came on a long fresh roll, with a large side of fries, small coleslaw, and a tasty pickle. I had chocolate pudding for dessert and it was a nice portion, topped with whipped cream, of course. My friend had chicken soup, and the Cuban sandwich. She said they were both very good.The menu selection was large and varied with the usual choices, as well as complete meals (beverage, soup or salad, entree, dessert), and of course all the breakfast choices of eggs, omelette, pancakes, French toast, etc.We thought about having the salad bar so we checked it out. It comes with dinner entrees and you can get a soup and salad bar combo. It had a nice selection of salads, stuffed grape leaves, and other specialty items. It looked appetizing and fresh. Next time, I think I will get the soup and salad bar combo. You could definitely make a meal out of that!The restaurant is older but it was clean throughout.Our waiter was very nice too.It's reasonably priced.

Michael's looks abandoned and stripped down. Not certain but it appears closed for good. Too bad, as a converted Howard Johnson's I always liked the mid-century bones of the place and their memorable Chicken Salad sandwich. They will be missed.

Service was excellent. The sad thing is, I believe with COVID-19 the business is closed for good. It's sad because I loved going here.

THEY ARE OPEN ! HURRAH ! (reopened this week 5/18)call 609-530-1676open from 8am to 4pm, and limited menu but will take it.Had breakfast this morning, wonderful pork roll egg cheese raw onion on a kaiser roll with home fries, to go but we were so excited and hungry that we ate in back of car in parking lot, place is clean and disinfected, employees and customers were wearing masks and maintaining distances.Call ahead to pick up and say hi to Sergio
