Bobby's service includes a 30-minute wait for a diluted drink, followed by disrespectful behavior when requesting additional coffee for the drink. Pay to get disrespected. There’s another Dunkin just 2 minutes away from this location at Olden Ave, serving delicious drinks within seconds.

The Department of Transportation office building had a Dunkin' Donuts on the first floor. It was a small space, with a few tables and chairs for customers to sit and drink their coffee. The walls were painted a plain white, and the fluorescent lights overhead were bright and harsh. The smell of coffee and donuts hung in the air.Every morning, the employees of the DOT would file into the small shop to grab their coffee and breakfast. They were a stoic bunch, with tired eyes and serious expressions. They spoke in hushed tones, as if afraid to break the silence that surrounded them. The employees would shuffle to the counter, where a tired-looking woman would take their orders. She had a no-nonsense attitude, and her movements were efficient and quick. She didn't waste words, and the customers didn't waste time. The coffee was strong and bitter, and the donuts were sweet and soft. They were simple pleasures, but they provided a moment of respite from the monotony of the workday. The employees would sit at the tables, sipping their coffee and nibbling on their donuts, lost in their own thoughts. The Dunkin' Donuts in the Department of Transportation office building was not a place of excitement or glamour. It was a functional space, designed to provide sustenance and caffeine to the hardworking employees. But for those who frequented it, it was a small oasis in the midst of the daily grind.

The worst customer service received form any Dunkins I visited. If you order something online and they are out of that particular item (even though it showed available while ordering), the cashier/server does not bother to make you aware that they are out of item and if you like anything else. Just would give you other things that was on the order list without even letting you know that they are out of the other items you order even though you were charged for those items too. Be aware of that if you order multiple items, it already happed twice with me. I ignored the first one though it was a mistake, but it looks like they run the business in that way.

Random hours despite what's posted. Food is often cold, if it's in stock. Staff is rarely friendly anymore if not downright rude. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened.

Inconsistent hours... Limited menu with no reason for the lack of menu or staff. Constantly close earlier than their listed times... And close randomly for long periods of time. 0/5 stars.

I've been going to this Dunkin now for almost a year. This time I came in and ordered a Matcha Latte and chocolate old fashion donut. Instead I received a coffee latte and a plain old fashion donut! Really!!! I was in a hurry and too far away to go back. I know s*** happens but really!

Had a chance to visit this site. It's inside the building of Dept of Transportation. It's small but they have everything that a normal Dunkin would have. Staff is pleasant and coffee was fresh.

Very terrible service. Employee does not have customer service courtesy. They are very rude. I would rather go to different store for my coffee and breakfast. I would not go again.

The only reason why Im not giving this a one star rating is because their dine in service aint bad, coffee is made ok, a long with the donuts and sandwiches. However their drive thru is the most inefficient drive thru ever. Your average coffee trip would take at least 20-25 minutes, and they ALWAYS make your coffee wrong. I remember the last time I used their drive thru on their first window where you order, I was trying to speak to the speaker, but all I heard was the staff arguing with someone else on what may be her personal phone. I had to drive to the second window just to put my order in.

Went to this location at 9:45pm and was told that they were closed even though the sign clearly says 10pm. Unreal!

This Dunkin is located at the intersection of Parkway Avenue and Pennington Road in Trenton, NJ. It is fairly new and is well maintained. There is a drive thru option. Plenty of parking if you want to go inside. I walked in after lunch to grab an afternoon wakemeup. The woman behind the counter was friendly and efficient. They had a surprisingly full rack of donut and muffin options for the time of day. A few customers sat at one of the tables discussing business. Overall, the place was attractive, with everyone doing their job professionally. The coffee was what you expect from this franchise. Consistent. Strong. Not overly acidic. Not particularly flavorful. Fully capable of keeping me awake for my afternoon surge toward the five o'clock world. Right down the middle.
