It's a good place. But at the same time it gives a feeling of fear. Since too many people enter just to wait for the bus inside, and they are left looking at the clientele from head to toe, that is what I am referring to the feeling of fear that this conveys. And this is in the Downtown of the city and we have to feel this way? When it should be the opposite. But what the authorities do is take care of Banks, Liquor Stores, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bars and you enter. As if these companies were the residents of the city and not us. And what the authorities are also useful for is giving tickts

They never make the coffee how you want them too , it's no tables to sit they are never on time most of times opening the doors I used mobile order a few times and the coffee wasn't good wasn't made correctly and the donuts are limited they never have enough or what you want . It's a lot of bums too asking for money ... Sometimes I come in instead of mobile order to tell them what I want in my ice coffee and Stll don't make it right OH & NONE of the staff / employees are friendly... They don't smile or greet you .. very bad customer service...also veru judgemental they dont like black* people.*

My go-to PLACE in the early early morning. The employees always offer a good morning with a big smile. Their always on point with their regular customers. Your order is ready by the time it's placed. This Dunkin is always open before the post hour. Their ready to greet you with nothing but positive energy ✨️. All workers deserve to be tipped. This is one of the places where I am happy to leave a folded donation.

The lady that works there is mean. You need to put the order out when it is done! Not have people waiting until you feel the need to give it to them! Simple!

I just ordered a muffin toasted with extra butter. The muffin is old and crumbly and it wasn’t toasted but rather microwaved. Older woman not in uniform sitting on a chair behind the counter. Is this a business or a family kitchen. Not going there back…. One and done. Very unprofessional!

I have to hand it to the employees. The location is right in the middle of downtown Trenton and there's a lot of hustling and panhandling outside of the establishment. There's a bus stop in front of the store, so people do congregate in front of the business. They also tend to go inside but, at times, people have to be asked to leave because of inappropriate behaviors including begging for food and money inside. Many state workers go to this Dunkin'. The employees know their regulars and a couple times they gave me an extra turbo shot or a free medium coffee because I live in the downtown area. I have to say, this Dunkin' always makes my coffee, whether hot or cold, just right. First sip is heaven always!

I like Dunkin, but I can honestly say, that they shouldnt let people stand around inside waiting for the bus. They take up space. Or customers just walking around taking to people. Is it to much to ask for these people just get your coffee and go away?
