Last night I went there to pick up a mobile order, and the manager refused to give me the order, he triple checked the computer and when he confirmed that it was my number, he gave me the bag and then he pointed to the camera that was on the ceiling and he told me “look at the camera, I have to make sure that you don’t steal the order” he was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable.In my opinion, that is an unrespecful behavior, he was very unprofessional.

Richard is amazing!!! I don’t really like Papa John’s, but since Richard always washes his hands and is very clean, I go there to eat when I need something quick. I’m super picky and I’m happy he understands my concerns with ppl not being clean and treats me very kind even tho I can be extra!!! Lol… thanks so much!!

First I ordered online. Once I got to the store to pick up my order they said they never received my order and to check to make sure I was at the right location. I showed the the confirmation message, I showed them that this was the right location and I also showed them that I paid and also the money was taken out of my bank account. That took another 30 minutes. After all that they still didn’t believe me and had me call the customer service number, I did. The customer service rep told them to make my pizza because they could see my order. That was another 10 minutes. After all that I was just ready to get my money back and leave but we had been waiting so long we just decided to wait till it was done. Once we got home and started to eat, we were very disappointed! The pizza was disgusting! And I usually love papa johns. I Will not be going back to this location. The male owner was very rude. However the female owner was very sweet and I appreciate her great service! Overall this was a terrible experience and the food was very bad. I literally ordered just cheese pizza. I’m not sure how you could mess that up. I paid almost $30, I should’ve just went with my gut and got my money back and went somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible after the guy gives me the wrong order and driving 15 min since they don't deliver to my location when I get to the store manager tells me now I have to go all the way home after telling me keep the food that I need to return it to get my refund so after 3 15 min trips and a hour out of my day and horrible service I get 40 bucks back for a hole two pizzas Absolutely horrible experience

The staff there have great customer service skills and they're very accommodating.I had a large pie with onions, peppers, and jalapenos?This place gets a high recommendation.Vegetarian options: Customers have a variety of choices. The vegetable pie was delicious!Parking: Decent parking...not crowded.

Just ordered takeout from this location. 4 pizzas with varied toppings and a free side of garlic knots (rewards bonus). Selected delivery tonight since it's cold and raining outside. Delivery driver was super friendly when he arrived despite the crappy weather that he was out there in. Order was all correct and the food arrived hot. No complaints and so happy to have this location near our place.

I have ate at at-least a dozen different papa John locations but, NEVER in a life time have yet ate pizza like theirs…all the people in there are hard workers,polite, and very friendly…
