When I attempted to place my order in advance for a seamless pickup, the lady handling the phone call was needlessly impolite. Initially, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, attributing it to a possible bad day or poor phone connection. However, upon my arrival, the service only worsened. While I genuinely enjoy supporting small and Black-owned businesses, regrettably, encounters like this are all too common.If extending a basic courtesy to customers is deemed too challenging, perhaps she is in the wrong profession. One thing is certain—I will not be spending another cent at that establishment.
