I hv ordered French Toast from here 2 times prior and watched him make it from start to finish (dipping in then batter the etc). It was heavy warm/hot by the time i walked to my office. It was good & fresh.This time I ordered French Toast bf arriving 5 minutes to pick it up today. I'm a french toast queen!! As it was being made I could tell that it was not homemade (dipped in the batter) by the way it was frying. I asked the cashier if they were frozen then put on the skillet? Her answer, was No. I knew that she was lying. I paid for it anyway knowing that it would be my last time ordering French toast from this place. It was very light and was almost cold by the time I walked 3 mins back to my office. If it were home made, it would hv retained heat (still be warm/hot) & would be heavier. I FORGOT to mention they forgot to put syrup in the bag. Luckily I had a few spare containers at my desk. I would have given a NEGATIVE ZERO as a rating, but Yelp doesn't hv this feature. ??????????This is why I like to watch from start to finish. YOU MUST BE CONSISTENT!!Please tell me where I can find authentic HOMEMADE FRENCH TOAST!!!

Sooo...1st time I went it was good...cute price for a quick breakfast.....did take out..This time I took a friend and had time to sit dwn for a quick breakfast...It was bought over on real plates...I was excited and doing the happy dance...Well there was definitely no love in the food this time...pancakes were hard and a lil warm...I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage...cheese was not melted....jus slapped in btwn a folded egg...and semi warm in the middle so the cheese melted in that spot.I left feeling hungry...only part I enjoyed was sausage and bottled water...☹️

I work downtown and consistently walk here doe bagel turkey bacon w/ cream cheese or egg wraps w spinach'great tuna and turkey and arizona wrap w avocado is AMAZING!!!!Love my friends that worK Here, very clean simple and fresh. Enjoy a GREAT Salad with possibly the best tuna downtown! Its soooo worth it or put a turkey sandwhich on bagel! Its so gooood

This was a very difficult Cashier. Cook seems Nice. However if you come in asking for a Carry Out Menu or quoting prices. Be prepared to be rushed, and pretty much told You need to step to the Back of the Line. I mean the prices they quote far beyond do not match the Menu or the tile lol So if I ask for accurate pricing. What is the actual problem if You don't display accuracy on Your Digital Menu. I can ask why there is at Least a $2 difference on all good items. Very Dissatisfied with the Customer service ? but the food was Great. Don't recommend if You are in a rush. And desire a delight some Morning ☀️?
