“I've been coming to this location for over 14 years now and I plan on returning. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and is usually made up of college kids. I can't ever remember when there wasn't a tip jar for college expenses. I've gotten food, ice cream (of course), and birthday cakes from here for years, even though it's about an hour from my house. So, I usually only ate here on Sundays after church, which was half of the distance. But yes, I have countless times made the drive just to pick up a birthday cake.The only irritation, and I can't blame them for having to do this, is that the doors to the bathrooms are locked and you need to ask for a code to get in. Obviously, random people stopping in to use the bathrooms and not buy anything came in once too often and something had to be done. It's not a hardship getting the code, though, so no big deal.Don't rely on coupons or discounts through the app, though. I deleted the app once I saw that this franchise doesn't accept any offers or coupons, as stated right at the registers.The food has always been good and is generally better than most fast food. There's more of a wait, but I prefer that to ending up with food that has been sitting in a warmer for the past hour. The ice cream isn't healthy, obviously, so it's an occasional treat. Tasty, though.I haven't been here for months now due to medical issues, so I can't say how "building back better" (pfft!) has impacted the prices, but it was a little pricey before. Not too bad, and worth it, but still. Parking is ample, and it's never been so busy when I was there that I couldn't easily find a booth.“

“Got the cheesesteak with wiz/ fried onions and the fries. Both delicious. I parked in the Aldi. Sign Said I couldn’t- but they did tow me. Easy to get to- off exit 19 on I-95. Decent prices for Philly and they had the food to me in about 2-3 minutes. Worth checking out!“

“Best vegetarian cheesesteak ever! Got the Cajun portabella with onions, peppers and cheese. Phenomenal!!!Vegetarian options: The portabella section can be done with only mushrooms, no meat! Cook cleaned the grill and used separate utensils to maintain a vegetarian area, lovely!!!“
“Sharky's is one of my favorites for bulk bagels in the area. They are the only shop in my opinion to have consistently large and fluffy bagels. I usually like denser bagels but these really hit the spot. Good amount of toppings and service is usually friendly.The only thing I don't like about sharky's is that they seem to close before their posted hours often. I expect that to a point at times if you sell out early as many good shops do, but when you still have bulk bagels sitting in the bins 30 minutes before close and the door is locked while you're staff is doing register count, that's pretty annoying. Make closing time earlier than 2pm if I can't buy bagels at 1:30pm.“
“I have never met a happier group of people who genuinely wanted to provide excellent customer service. I was greeted with a smile and served with a smile. I was treated with respect I have never received at any other resturant, fast food to fine dining. In my travels to many US states and many foreign countries I have eatten at fast foods resturants from all the major chains. This group of employees are beyond compare. A true credit to their manager, hiring team and training staff. They truly have employeed a superior group.“
“Didn’t realize we arrived at the drive through 5 minutes prior to closing. We never ate at Popeyes so we weren’t sure what to order. The staff was patient, friendly and had positive mindset spite us showing up so late. Our food was pretty good too, it seemed to be fresh and hot.“
