Really nice authentic Mexican place. Pollo in the quesadillas was excellent - not a traditional quesadilla, but very good. Chorizo tacos were great, steak tacos were very good. Only downside - can’t mix and match tacos and no guacamole and chips.

Aldys is a great little hole in the wall restaurant! It serves burritos, tacos, quesadillas and tortas. My bf and I really like the tortas and ordered the spicy chorizo last time we went. Once you order, the owner cooks/prepares it right away. It does take a few minutes but the torta comes out fresh off the stove! The chorizo is delicious accompanied with stretchy, melted cheese and a generous spread of avocado. The bread is warmed and soft. Would definitely come back for a nice pick me up. You do have to find street parking which might take a while. And the restaurant is small with just 3 tables. It would be hard to come with a crowd.
I've been to Aldys multiple times. To me, this is the best Mexican food in the area. I've tried almost everything on the menu. Love it.Wish they were open a little later - particularly on Sunday. I would likely order from them more frequently.

Food was so good, especially the taco. But when I requested more piccante she gave me only one which is already super tiny size and she said she even needs to charge me for a don't be that cheap... will visit there again since the food is good
