How is it possible that you are a customer and the clerks tell you that there are no keys to go to the bathroom. How are you going to have breakfast or have coffee and they don't allow you to go to the bathroom? I find it very unpleasant.

If I can give this a no star I would. There’s no one working here at night but one person. This is insanely ridiculous and no one is working on the Baskin-Robbins section. I don’t understand this when the line is too long for one person to work alone.

Located on the border between Weehawken and Union City, this Baskin Robbins location needs a little TLC from HQ in terms of training and the right temp to store the ice cream. We visited on 4/10/21 and the ice cream was not the usual consistency as other locations; it was already a bit melted and soft. Also, the selection of flavors was limited and not as many as other locations. The location of this store is also a bit sketchy as well.

They have really good milkshakes, service is always brisk and friendly. This is so close to my house and my favorite thing to do on WFH Friday's is to finish work and get the Oreo milkshake from this place, walk a block East and enjoy it from Old glory park, looking at the cityscape.
It was ok nothing was bad but nothing was outstanding.

Didn't read the reviews before visiting but never again. 4 people behind the counter but there was still a line. The woman at the register, although nice, barely had a grasp of the English language. I watched her take forever to fill the order of a tourist family because the couldn't understand what they were saying. There was another guy with a clipboard who wasn't doing anything other than standing around talking to another employee. This is another location that I won't be visiting. Sorry DD but you need to do better (and judging from the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way).
