They always are willing to accommodate vegan guests as well and cook the impossible burgers in the microwave for no cross contamination. With Jessica this place is so much better than in previous yearsVegetarian options: Must ask for customizations to make fully vegan but can be done for impossible whopper. Vegetarian as is, has mayo.

I came in tonight around 10:40 and ordered. They literally made me wait 15-20 minutes for my food which is ridiculous! Secondly, the lady missed one of my burgers and when the guy working there told her, she said theres no more burgers because she was already cleaning up smh Like really ? Thirdly my nuggets were super disgusting and stale ? I ain’t going back to this burger king. Ima stick to the Jersey City one.

There were 8 employees closing … only 1 was truly working. The others were just there chit chatting versus finding an IBC. In addition it was too hot making it uncomfortable for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant although closer to closing they closed off 1/2 the Custer eating area

Beware, This burger king is not customer friendly. They focus more on not allowing ppl to use the restroom at all. Workers will leave the register area to come block the hallway leading to the restroom. They force you to buy something to use the restroom. Imagine being someone who gets food most days of the week in this place and can't just randomly walk to the restroom on a day you don't want to get food. The woman in the morning will literally yell at you if you attempt to go to the restroom without purchase. Who's to say someone is in urge to use the restroom and plans on buying food after. Horrible service and a way to lose customers!They have covered all the outlets in the dining area. This is 2023 where everyone has a gadget and at times needs a quick charge while ordering to stay. This is absolutely ridiculous! Good thing mcdonalds is right down the street with 3 times more outlets available for the customers use!
